Biden Questions Biden’s Son’s Relationship with China Biden Criticizes Trump’s Secretarial Issues
The last debate was held at 9:00 a.m. Taiwan time today, and President Donald Trump and Democratic presidential candidate Biden were engaged in a fierce defense. Trump first questioned Biden’s son, Hunter, and the moderator then asked Hunter about his problems in Ukraine and China, while Biden pulled the plug on Trump as the one who had problems in Ukraine and China.
Hunter’s emailgate
Biden’s second son Hunter’s emails to and from Chinese business partners have been made public by the New York Post, stating that Hunter received money from the Chinese company Huaxin Energy, which Biden is suspected to be involved in. Tony Bobulinski, CEO of Sinohawk Holdings, who claims to have been Hunt’s business partner, issued a statement on May 22 confirming the authenticity of the email dated May 13, 2017, which was made public recently, and that he was one of the recipients of the email. “The Big Guy” was Biden, and Biden knew about Hunter’s dealings with China.
Trump challenged him during today’s debate, saying, “I think you owe the American people an explanation” for these emails and the money they talk about, Biden and his family.
Moderator Kristen Welker then asked Biden about his son Hunter’s ties to China, and Biden said that no one is unethical, that no one can prove that Hunter was on the board of directors of the Ukrainian energy company Burisma, and that Hunter did not make any money on this issue, nor did he make any money in China.
Trump’s secret China account
Biden cited the New York Times report that Trump has accounts in China, saying that Trump has received a lot of money from foreign sources and has paid more than $180,000 in taxes in China, 50 times more than in the United States. Biden said he never took any foreign money and also said he made his tax records public, but Trump never had a tax return, “I publish 22 years of taxes and Trump doesn’t, what is he hiding?”
Trump said he was able to instruct his accountant to make all taxes public, and that he never received funds from China, Ukraine, or Russia, whereas Biden did. Trump said of the China account, which was opened in 2015 and closed in 2017, “They always say I only pay $750 in taxes, but that $750 is really just a fee, and I’ve paid tens of millions of dollars in taxes.”

The final round of the 2020 U.S. presidential election came to an end earlier this week, during which the issue of immigrants entering the U.S. was discussed, and President Donald Trump blasted the media for publishing photos of immigrant families being separated and even put in cages, which had already happened under Obama in 2014, asking Biden, “Who built those cages? Biden did not have a direct answer to this.
Trump’s immigration policies over the past four years have been consistently labeled by public opinion as separating families, and Trump explained during the debate that the U.S. now has tough border controls and fences, and that immigrants can enter the country but must do so legally, “They (Biden) built the cages, and everybody originally said I built them, and certain media outlets published pictures of those awful cages and said. ‘Look at these cages, President Trump built them’.”
Trump went on to say that it was later confirmed that the cages existed as early as 2014 under Obama and Biden, emphasizing that many of the children were not brought into the United States by their parents, but by drug cartels and gangs.
Pointing to Biden and saying, “They did it. We reversed policy,” to which Biden responded, “We didn’t separate the children and their families,” Trump pressed, “Who built the cages? Joe, who built those cages?” Biden did not answer directly, emphasizing that “it is a crime for parents to be separated from their children, who have nowhere else to go!
Kawakami added, “These children are very well taken care of, they live in a clean and tidy place, and I’ll ask again, who built those cages? Who built those cages, Joe?” Biden still hasn’t answered.
