On May 18, an owner of Nanshan Guanhai Terrace (a school district house of Nanshan Second Foreign Language Hyde School) lowered the price of the 80-square-meter property, lowering the total price from 19.2 million yuan to 18.8 million yuan, a price reduction of 400,000 yuan.

In April, the owner has lowered the price twice, by RMB 200,000 and RMB 600,000 respectively. In the month from April 21 to the present, the listing was lowered from a total price of 20 million yuan to 18.8 million yuan, a price reduction of 1.2 million yuan.

On May 15, a 101-square-meter property in Jinlihaoyuan was reduced from 10 million yuan to 9 million yuan. It is worth noting that the property originated from a price cut of 1 million yuan in March, but was not sold.
