U.S. fighter Beneil Dariush won his seventh straight fight at Ultimate Fighting Championship UFC 262 on Saturday night (15) in a thrilling finish. In an interview, Darius said he dedicated the huge victory to those who were hurt by Marxist ideology.

At the Toyota Center, an indoor arena in Houston, Texas, the No. 7-ranked lightweight Darius defeated No. 5-ranked contender Tony Ferguson (a.k.a. “The Nightmare”). (“Nightmare”). In an interview following his victory over Ferguson, the Iranian-American fighter made insightful remarks about Marxism and left a message for Tesla’s CEO Elon Musk.

“First of all, I want to thank my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, that’s the first thing.” “Secondly, I want to dedicate this fight to all the people who have been hurt by Marxist ideology,” Darius told UFC commentator Joe Rogan on Saturday.

Darius grew up in Iran and his family immigrated to the United States when he was 9 years old. He said there are millions of people “who have been affected by Marxist ideology” and he loves them and understands their pain.

“It’s just a fight, and I know it’s nothing, but I want you to know that I love you.” The victorious fighter continued, “And I understand this pain …… I don’t fully understand it, but I love you guys. I understand the pain that you guys feel.”

The interview then turned to a lighter topic, with Darius jokingly expressing his displeasure with Musk for waiting for the Tesla electric car.

“Joe, I want to call out your brother Elon. Elon Musk! Where’s my wife’s car, bro? I’ve been waiting for six months.” Darius smiled and said, “I’m going to have a baby, and I need a big car; I need to protect my daughter. Let’s go, Elon, get me the car.”

Darius began training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu in 2007 and earned his black belt in just five years, making his UFC debut in 2014.

Darius is a devout Christian and often talks about his faith on his Instagram page. He has done missionary work in the impoverished Caribbean country of Haiti and used his own money to open an orphanage there. He has also visited the Philippines and provided food for the homeless there. He has also helped charities around the world.
