Several election integrity hearings have recently been held in various swing states, with a large number of witnesses detailing what they have witnessed and experienced in terms of election fraud.
Trump campaign attorneys Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis have already attended public hearings in Pennsylvania, Arizona, and on Tuesday and Wednesday in Michigan. They are asking that state legislatures re-establish their authority under the U.S. Constitution to elect their own electors.
President Trump gave a speech at the White House on Wednesday and posted a nearly 50-minute video of the full speech via social media Facebook and tweeted a condensed version of the speech at about 2 minutes. Trump said the president’s job is to defend the laws and Constitution of the United States, and he is determined to protect the electoral system, which is under “deliberate attack and siege. He said the speech was probably the “most important speech” he had ever given.
As more evidence has surfaced, Trump’s legal team, along with pro-Trump lawmakers, have filed more lawsuits in various states. Eleven Arizona Republicans sued the governor and the secretary of state, accusing both of election fraud and illegal activities throughout Arizona, asking a federal judge to freeze the election results and conduct various investigations.
In addition, former U.S. Attorney Sidney Powell, a prominent attorney, filed a lawsuit on behalf of several Trump supporters against the Arizona Governor, Secretary of State and other officials, alleging 412,000 illegal votes were cast in the state’s election and that Dominion voting machines were fraudulent.
The following are live updates on the U.S. election.
Kawakami raises $200 million since Election Day
Trump campaign raises more than $200 million in month since Election Day.
President Trump’s campaign and the Republican National Committee (RNC) announced today that $207.5 million has been raised since Election Day. $495 million was raised between October 15 and November 23.
“These tremendous fundraising numbers show that President Trump remains the leader and dynamic force in the Republican Party, and that his supporters are committed to fighting for a fair and legitimate outcome in the 2020 election,” said Bill Stepien, Trump’s 2020 campaign manager. “It also allows President Trump to continue to lead the fight to clean up the corrupt election process in many parts of the country and build on the 2020 election so that we can take back the House and expand our Senate majority in 2022.”
“Americans know what’s at stake. Thanks to our incredible supporters, we’ve been doing everything we can to preserve the integrity of elections across the country and defend our Senate Republicans in Georgia,” Republican National Committee Chair Ronna McDaniel said. “We are investing millions of dollars to counteract the unprecedented power grab by Democrats and push for a massive Get Out The Vote campaign in Georgia. The work we are doing today is critical to ensuring a better tomorrow for all Americans.”
Giuliani: “Ironclad Evidence” of Fraud in Georgia
Giuliani, a Trump attorney and former New York City mayor, has been busy the past few days with hearings in several key swing states. On Thursday (December 3), two hearings were held in Georgia, one before the Georgia Senate Oversight Committee at 9:30 a.m. and the other before the Judiciary Committee at 1:00 p.m. He said in a statement Thursday afternoon that the evidence of election fraud in Georgia is “overwhelming”. He said in a statement Thursday afternoon that the evidence of election fraud in Georgia is “overwhelming”.
“Georgia elections have now been proven to be fraudulent,” he said.
“Georgia (fraud) ‘ironclad’ evidence.”

Kawakami: Barr and DOJ Investigate Fraud Allegations With Little Effort
President Trump told reporters Thursday (3) that Attorney General William Barr’s investigation into allegations of election fraud “doesn’t look like much of an effort” and is disappointing. A few days earlier, Barr said he had not found “massive fraud that is or has been causing different election results.
When he leaves a message, he’ll see the kind of evidence you’re seeing right now in the Georgia Senate,” Trump said. He was referring to the state’s hearings on allegations of election fraud and irregularities. Trump added, “He hasn’t done anything yet.”
Trump admitted that “frankly,” Barr and the Justice Department “don’t seem to be trying very hard, which is disappointing.
Asked if he still supports Barr, Trump replied, “Ask me that question again in a couple of weeks. They should be investigating all of these frauds. It’s not civil. It’s criminal. It’s a very serious criminal case.”
Kawakami did not elaborate on the status of Barr’s post.
Joe State Surveillance Video Confirms Secret Counting of Votes for 3 Hours After Ousting Inspectors
Surveillance footage from Georgia’s State Farm Ballpark shows officials ousting Republican poll watchers on Election Night and instructing workers to continue counting ballots without supervision; the origin of the ballots counted is unknown.
President Donald Trump’s legal team provided surveillance video at a hearing of the Georgia Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday (Dec. 3) that shows workers in charge of counting ballots chasing out scrutineers late in the evening on Election Day before emptying suitcases containing ballots.
Jackie Pick, an attorney assisting the Trump team, said they received the video from the vote tabulation center at the state agricultural ballpark in Fulton County, Georgia; it shows that local officials did not allow Republican poll watchers to watch the counting process from the voting center.
Picker said an unusual incident occurred around 10 p.m. on election night, when a blonde woman on the video told workers to stop counting and told everyone to go home.
Peek said, “Everyone, including Republican scrutineers and the media, was cleared out, but four people stayed behind and continued counting and tabulating throughout the night.”
Kawakami: Georgia hearing testimony like a blockbuster movie
President Trump tweeted Thursday afternoon.
“Wow! Georgia’s ongoing (hearing) testimony is like a blockbuster. The Democrats are filling up the ballots as Republicans are forced to leave the large counting room. More (testimony) will come out, but this alone (I) could easily win the state!”
Two hearings were held in Georgia today with many witnesses present to testify about election fraud and scams.
Two general election fraud hearings held in Georgia
On Thursday (December 3), the Georgia Senate Oversight Committee and the Judiciary Committee will hold two election hearings at 9:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. EST, respectively. Both hearings will be broadcast live by New Tang Dynasty and Epoch Times.
Both hearings will be convened by Republican lawmakers.
The first Oversight Committee hearing will be held at 9:30 a.m. in Room 450 of the State Capitol in Atlanta.
State Senate leaders, including Senate President Pro Tempore Butch Miller, Majority Leader Mike Dugan and other senior legislators, will work with the Senate Governmental Oversight Committee to evaluate the election process to ensure the integrity and fairness of Georgia’s voting process.
This Senate Governmental Oversight Committee has jurisdiction over state programs and policies, and Senate leaders believe the committee should review routine election procedures and guidance.
A second Judiciary Committee hearing will be held at 1:00 p.m. at the same location on the topic of “Recording Testimony on Election Misconduct and Evaluating the Election Process to Ensure the Integrity and Fairness of Georgia’s Voting Process”.
State Senate leaders, working with the Senate Judiciary Committee, have formed a special subcommittee. Senator William Ligon chairs the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on State Election Procedures and presides over the subcommittee’s hearings.
Meanwhile, people in Atlanta protest election fraud outside the Georgia Legislature in support of Trump’s re-election.
Trump Lawyer: Michigan House Hearing Democrats Intimidate Witnesses
President Donald Trump’s attorney, Jenna Ellis, said Wednesday (Dec. 2) that one of the reasons many witnesses and whistleblowers have not come forward to expose election fraud is because they have been intimidated. She cited the example of a woman who testified against a Democratic state senator who was “doxed” by a malicious hacker who gathered personal and private information that was often made public against her will.
Ellis also included in her tweet a video of Cynthia Johnson, a Detroit Democrat and member of the Michigan House of Representatives. –Johnson asked the witness, Jessy Jacob, for her “real name. Jacob replied that her last name had changed since her marriage. Johnson then asked her to spell her maiden name. That was the only question the congressman asked.
Ellis said Johnson was on national television “(attempting) to intimidate and blatantly maliciously gather information from witnesses simply because she didn’t like their testimony.”
Jacob testified under oath in front of lawmakers about election fraud, including election workers who told her to backdate her ballot. She has called the move fraudulent and corrupt.
Johnson’s office has not yet returned The Chronicle’s request for comment.
In another scene from the hearing, Johnson accused Republican House Oversight Chairman Matt Hall of allowing witnesses to “come in here and lie. Hall had to bang his gavel over and over again to remind her that she was “disrupting the order.
Powell and Linwood Accuse Communist China of Election Fraud
Sidney Powell and Lin Wood both said that many of the alleged frauds were related to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and that its influence on the election was significant. Powell said the Chinese Communist Party was responsible for many of the down ballot machines. Linwood says Governor Brian Kemp and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger have effectively been bought off by the Chinese Communist Party.
Kawakami: Fighting for “All Future Elections
“The Democrats have been rigging this election from the beginning. They mailed tens of millions of ballots under the pretext of this epidemic (sometimes called the Chinese virus) and eventually became the subject of a fraud that the whole world watched. No one is happier now than the Chinese (Communist Party of China).” President Donald Trump (Trump) said.
He added that our country cannot tolerate this kind of election system and that despite all the differences, he will go ahead because he represents the 74 million voters who voted for him and the Americans who did not vote for him.
“All you have to do is watch the hearings and see for yourself that the evidence is overwhelming. The fraud (evidence) we’ve gathered in recent weeks is unstoppable,” Trump said, “In fact, there’s still plenty of time to prove who the winner of the election is, and that’s what we’re trying to do.”
Kawakami said thousands of votes were out of control in multiple states. He cited specific examples of unverified signatures; Republican challengers unable to perform their duties; threats to Republican workers and the early morning influx of massive ballots.
Trump said that the United States is unique in allowing mass absentee voting as part of the Democratic Party’s efforts over the past four years to overturn the results of the 2016 election.
According to the Crime Prevention Research Center, 78% of countries outside the U.S. do not allow people living in the country/area to vote by mail. And 85 percent of EU countries do not allow people living abroad to vote by mail or require them to provide photo identification.
The President said that the return to paper ballots should be done because it is safer. He said he could lose the election “fair and square”, but he believes the election was stolen from the people. He said he would return power to the American people.
Trump: Section 230 must be repealed for the sake of national security and election integrity.
“It looks like some Republican Senators are squeamish about ending Section 230 (which protects) high-tech companies, (which is) what must be done for national security and electoral integrity! For years, it was all talk, no action. Termination (Section 230) must be put in the defense bill !!!!”
Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act of 1996 provides legal protection to social media companies such as Twitter and Facebook. This provision gives social media companies immunity from being sued for content that appears on their platforms, or for the removal of portions of that content.
Twitter and Facebook were condemned by Republican members of Congress before the election for blocking reports that revealed the Biden and son’s overseas trading scandal. After the election, social media outlets linked to mainstream media outlets to unanimously support Biden’s claim that he won the election, and blocked or flagged links to comments and articles supporting Trump’s victory.
Trump: Georgia must allow signature checks immediately
President Trump sent out a letter Thursday morning demanding that Georgia must allow signature verification of ballots.
“Georgia’s ‘Republican’ governor, Brian Kemp, and the Secretary of State must immediately allow signature verification in the presidential election. If the signatures can be verified, we will win the state quickly and easily and, importantly, pave the way for big wins for David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler!”
-Donald J. Trump
Federal Senator Joe’s State Primary Receives Nearly One Million Mail-in Ballot Requests
Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger says nearly a million mail-in ballot requests have been received for the state’s next two U.S. Senate races.
At a press conference Wednesday (Dec. 2), Raffensperger told reporters that officials have received 993,735 mail-in ballot requests and counties have received 11,474 returned ballots.
In just a few days, the number of mail-in ballot requests has increased by tens of thousands.
This week, voting machines will begin testing in preparation for early voting in the runoff election. The official runoff date is Jan. 5, 2021, but voting can begin 12 days later.
Rafensperger and his office’s top official, Gabriel Sterling, have repeatedly downplayed or dismissed the allegations of election fraud.
On November 11, Ralph Spurgeon announced that the state of Joe would conduct a full recount of the presidential election, but that it would not include signature verification, and on November 21, President Trump’s team asked the state to conduct another recount, stating that “without signature matching, this recount will be a sham, once again allowing illegal ballots to be counted! “.
But Rafensperger said on the 24th that another recount would still not validate signatures.
Sterling made it clear on Wednesday that even if some people vote in other states at the time of the Nov. 3 general election, they can participate in this senatorial runoff, as long as the vote shows they are registered voters in Joe.
Trump files suit against Wyo. officials, wants court to take case to state legislature
President Donald Trump filed a lawsuit late Wednesday (Dec. 2) against Wisconsin election officials and leaders, accusing them of “illegal and unconstitutional” conduct in the election and asking the court to take the matter to the state legislature.
The lawsuit, which the campaign says focuses on “unlawful and unconstitutional conduct” by Wisconsin government officials during the election, was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, Milwaukee Division. Defendants in the lawsuit include the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC), the mayors of Milwaukee, Madison, Kenosha, Green Bay and Racine, other election officials, Secretary of State Douglas LaFollette, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, which filed the lawsuit in the Milwaukee Division. (Follette) and Gov. Tony Evers.
The lawsuit asks the court to declare the defendants’ alleged “unconstitutional conduct” under Article II, Section 1.2 of the Constitution before the Electoral College vote and to refer the matter to the Wisconsin legislature for appropriate action.
The Trump campaign explained, “The U.S. Constitution makes state legislatures the ultimate decision makers on how to resolve unconstitutional acts involving presidential elections and gives them textual authority to elect electoral college delegates.”
Former Acting Attorney General: FBI and DOJ Missing in Fraud Investigation
Former Acting U.S. Attorney General Matthew Whitaker says current Attorney General William Barr, the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) are “missing in action” in their investigation of election fraud.
Speaking on Newsmax’s “Stinchfield” program Wednesday (Dec. 2), Whitaker said, “Barr, the Department of Justice, the Department of Public Integrity-those who are responsible for dealing with election fraud, they’re the ones who are going to have to do it,” he said. The people who voted on the case, as well as the FBI, are nowhere to be seen.”
CNN Anchor and Biden Advisor Attend Top Communist Party Meeting
As CNN and Democratic presidential candidate Biden’s team continue to be rocked by pro-Chinese Communist Party scandals, CNN host Fareed Zakaria and Biden advisors recently participated in a so-called “Understanding China” conference hosted by top Communist Party officials, to which Xi Jinping sent a letter.
The theme of this year’s “Understanding China” conference, which took place on November 20, was the so-called “Great Changes, Great Challenges, Great Cooperation – China’s New Journey of Modernization and the Community of Human Destiny,” an attempt to expand cooperation between the Communist Party and other countries around the world.
According to the conference documents, the opening ceremony included a number of key party and government officials, in addition to a draft of China’s 14th Five-Year Plan.
The National Pulse website reported on Dec. 2 that the conference will feature nearly 20 high-ranking Chinese Communist Party speakers, and that they will need endorsements from Western “dignitaries” for the event.
CNN host and Washington Post contributor Fareed Zakaria and Biden adviser Lawrence Summers were among the “Western delegates” who appeared at the conference. Summers was head of the National Economic Council under Obama and was identified by Biden as a “campaign advisor.
Trump: The Democrats seem to know the outcome of the election
U.S. President Donald Trump said in a social media video speech Wednesday (Dec. 2) that interest groups don’t want him to stay on as president and are using voter fraud across the nation to make sure he loses the election.
He said Democrats and former Vice President Joe Biden’s campaign “acted like they already knew what the outcome was” and that “everything was very, very strange.
Trump said it was unusual for Biden to keep a low profile in the run-up to the election. Biden spent months in the basement of his own home since the announcement of the new coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and up until a few weeks before the November election. “In effect, they acted like they already knew what the outcome would be. Maybe they did (the fraud) and they did something very sad to our country,” Kawakami said.
Kawakami called for a “full forensic audit” of the mail-in ballots.
President Donald Trump on Wednesday (Dec. 2) called for a Full Forensic Audit of mail-in ballots cast in key states during the Nov. 3 presidential election.
In a lengthy speech, President Trump said that “tens of thousands of [ballots] had fraudulent signatures” in key states. Kawakami added that this means “a full forensic audit is needed to ensure that only properly cast, legitimate ballots from duly registered voters are counted.
“The reason is clear,” he said, “they didn’t verify the signatures because they knew that the person filling out the ballot was not the voter who nominally cast the ballot.”
The only way to remedy the situation, Kawakami said, is to conduct a full review of the signatures on the ballot envelopes. He did not say which states should conduct the audit.
Trump: the U.S. election system is under deliberate siege
U.S. President Donald Trump said Wednesday (Dec. 2) that he won the 2020 presidential election and that the U.S. electoral system is under siege.
Trump said his job as president is to defend the laws and constitution of the United States and he is determined to protect the electoral system, which is under “deliberate attack and siege”.
Trump accused the Democratic Party of running a massive mail-in voting scheme to steal election results, and outlined the suspicious or fraudulent matters he saw in the Nov. 3 election. He said that if elections are fraudulent to this extent, the results of individual swing states must be overturned, and should be overturned immediately.
CNN Morning Meeting: can’t report on Trump as if he were normal
“Project Veritas continues to expose the contents of CNN’s morning meetings. In a second recording released on the evening of December 1, CNN president Jeff Zucker gave clear instructions to his editorial team that nothing about Trump should be reported as “normal,” and that Trump’s “erratic behavior” should be reported. He was desperate,” “he was sick,” “he was losing,” and “his behavior was getting crazier with time. “.
“In an interview with Fox News, James O’Keefe, CEO of Project Truth, said that the recordings are not really surprising, but rather confirm how fake news works, i.e., CNN is “producing content”. “They are “propaganda”, not news. They are shameful and should apologize to the American people.
Emergency Appeal Granted in Powell’s Joe’s State Election Lawsuit
A federal appeals court on Wednesday (Dec. 2) granted an emergency appeal filed by prominent attorney Sidney Powell in the case against Georgia election officials.
On Sunday, a federal judge in Georgia issued an order prohibiting election officials in three counties in the state from “altering, destroying or erasing any software or data used in the 2020 election from Dominion voting machines. But Powell sought the order statewide, prompting her to file an emergency appeal with the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
On Wednesday, the appeals court granted the emergency appeal and ordered the plaintiffs to file their initial briefs by midnight and the defendants to file their response by midnight on Dec. 4. Plaintiffs have until midnight on Dec. 6 to respond to defendants’ response.
In light of the appeals court’s order, the hearing scheduled for Friday, Dec. 4, before the lower court judge who made the original ruling, has been postponed.
Protect the Vote Founder: Saving America Starts in Pennsylvania
Monday, November 30, was the last day of the current Pennsylvania legislature. Nearly 100 protesters braved the rain at the Pennsylvania State Capitol in Harrisburg, knocking on the doors of one legislator’s office after another with a petition to support a bill against election fraud.
Bobby Lawrence, founder of the private nonprofit group Protect Your Vote USA, also attended the rally and said this year’s election is significant: “Either the election is fraudulent or it is not. Legalize our nation’s sovereignty and we will lose our sovereignty to foreign manipulation of the votes counted. Either we the people take back our sovereignty and guarantee the individual liberty and independence of all Americans.”
Michigan Hearings Giuliani: Mail-in Ballots Stole the Election
Trump campaign attorneys Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis have already attended public hearings in Pennsylvania, Arizona, and also in Michigan on Tuesday and Wednesday, where Giuliani was present to produce extensive written testimony and led the questioning, allowing several witnesses to tell their side of the story.
The first witness was Jessy Jacob, who works for the Wayne County Elections Department. Jacob told the State Board of Representatives that when the counting began, she found a large number of mail-in ballots that had not yet been counted, that the envelopes had been opened, and that many of the names on the ballots did not match the voter lists and were completely inconsistent with standard procedure.
Jacob said that to receive a mailed ballot, one must scan the serial number of the ballot, then check the last name, then check the signature on the envelope, then enter the information into the system and write the serial number on the ballot envelope with the date the ballot was received, but a large number of mailed ballots were not in compliance.
When Jacob tried to follow the procedure, her supervisors told her to enter the ballots directly, citing expedited processing. One of the supervisors also told her not to reject any ballots, even if the addresses, signatures, or other details did not match.
Another witness, Melissa Carone, an IT contractor, was assigned to fix any ballot counting machine problems at the TCF Center. Carone said she observed Dominion machines “jamming” when staff failed to follow standard procedures to reset the machine and rescan the ballots, thereby allowing some ballots to be double counted.
“The ballots would be double counted nine to 10 times.” She estimated that this happened thousands of times during her 27 hours at TCF. However, when she brought it to the attention of her supervisor, the supervisor from Dominion said they were just managing the IT staff and didn’t have to deal with counting the ballots.
“They were all cheating, and it was obvious they were involved,” Caron said.
Giuliani demanded that the state legislature re-establish its authority under the U.S. Constitution to elect its own electors.
“The election in Detroit was a disgrace and the people of Michigan should be embarrassed,” said Giuliani, “This election was stolen by mail-in ballots.”
More than 40,000 questionable ballots mailed in Nevada
In Nevada, which President Donald Trump has called a hideout for fraudulent ballots, it was revealed on December 2 that 40,000 people had voted twice, and that the campaign would sue. At the same time, an investigation by the nonpartisan election watchdog group also found that nearly 40,000 questionable mail-in ballots were received in Nevada this year, even by seniors over 100 years old.
“The Nevada Election Integrity Project (EIPNv) noted in its report that the questionable ballots were mailed to voters in the state who had died, moved and duplicate registrations.
The organization’s analysis of Nevada’s voter registration database concluded that there are 41,040 registrants in Nevada who have not visibly updated their registrations or voting records since November 2, 2010, or earlier, but whose status on the voter rolls is still marked as “active” voters.
There were also 1,289 registrants who showed up twice; there were at least five duplicate registrants who each voted twice by mail in June, according to the data.
Eleven Arizona Republicans v. Governor and Secretary of State
On December 2, eleven Arizona Republicans filed a lawsuit against Governor Doug Ducey and Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, alleging election fraud and violations throughout Arizona, asking a federal judge to freeze election results and conduct various investigations.
On the morning of November 30, the Arizona Legislature and President Trump’s legal team held an Election Integrity Public Hearing at the Hyatt Regency Phoenix to gather and examine evidence of election irregularities and fraud in Arizona. The meeting began at 9:00 a.m. and lasted until 7:00 p.m. Several state legislators and Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis of Trump’s legal team attended the hearing, and several witnesses testified under oath.
However, Governor Ducey ignored the numerous pieces of evidence of election fraud presented at the hearing and announced at noon the confirmation of the results of the 15-county election and Biden’s victory.
The 11 plaintiffs are seeking the seizure of all servers, software, voting machines, tabulators, printers, portable media, logs, ballot applications, ballot return envelopes, paper ballots, and all election materials used to inspect and audit the election.
According to the lawsuit, there were 86,845 “lost” mail-in ballots and 219,135 “fraudulent records of voters who never requested a mail-in ballot. The lawsuit states that these statistics were extrapolated from telephone surveys.
The Most Important Speech! Trump: The U.S. Electoral System Is Under Deliberate Siege
President Trump took questions from reporters at the White House after a conference call with representatives of the armed forces on Thanksgiving Day. When asked what he would do if the electoral college made Biden president, Trump said, “It would be a very difficult thing to concede because we know there was massive fraud.”
President Donald Trump said Wednesday that he won the 2020 presidential election and that the U.S. electoral system is under siege.
Trump spoke at the White House on Wednesday and posted a nearly 50-minute full video of the speech via social media Facebook and tweeted a concise version of about two minutes of the speech.
He said his job as president is to defend the laws and Constitution of the United States, and he is determined to protect the electoral system, which is under “deliberate attack and siege,” according to Trump.
He then looked at the fraudulent mail-in ballots, the problems caused by the Dominion voting machines, and the fact that the Democrats seemed to know the results in advance to show that the election was indeed fraudulent and rigged on a massive scale.
He said, “This is probably the most important speech I’ve ever given.”
Powell files suit charging 410,000 illegal votes in Arizona.
Former U.S. Attorney Sidney Powell, a prominent attorney, has filed a lawsuit on behalf of several Trump supporters against the governor of Arizona, the secretary of state and other officials, alleging 412,000 illegal votes were cast in the state’s election and that Dominion voting machines were fraudulent.
Powell has filed lawsuits in Georgia and Michigan on behalf of a number of Republicans, naming as defendants the governor, secretary of state and a number of election officials in both states.
She launched a new lawsuit Wednesday in Arizona, alleging that Dominion Voting Systems software created security risks and statistical anomalies in the November presidential election results. The lawsuit names Arizona Governor Doug Ducey and Secretary of State Katie Hobbs as defendants.
The lawsuit alleges “widespread vote fraud” in the election, with at least 412,000 illegal votes cast in Arizona.
The 53-page complaint also states that Dominion Voting Systems’ software violated election laws by connecting to the Internet during the election on Election Day.
The complaint is accompanied by an affidavit from a former electronic intelligence analyst alleging that the Dominion software was used by agents in China (Communist Party of China) and Iran.
Survey Finds Voters Fraudulent, 3% of Nevada Mail Ballots Suspected Fraudulent
An audit of 1,440 mail-in ballots in Nevada showed that 2% of the mail-in ballots came from voters who “never received a mail-in ballot” and 1% came from voters who “didn’t vote at all”.
Baselice and Associates, a market research firm, was commissioned by the Nevada-based Trump Legal Team to conduct the survey. The firm called the voters on the mail-in ballots and found that 3% of the mail-in ballots were not cast by the voters indicated on the ballots.
The judge hearing the case will order on Dec. 3 that Trump’s team be allowed to further examine the election machines.
A data scientist commissioned by Trump’s team identified an additional 100,000 illegal ballots that may have involved election fraud, including 20,000 out-of-state voters, 8,000 ballots cast from addresses that never existed, and 15,000 illegal ballots with business addresses and vacant properties registered as addresses, among others.
