General Election Update 12.2: Powell-Linwood to hold conference

Why is election fraud so rampant on the left? As evidence continues to be uncovered, the American people are increasingly seeing the involvement of Washington politicians, Wall Street predators, the so-called mainstream media, technology giants, the judicial system, etc. in this coup.

Noted attorney Linwood pointed out that the ghost behind all of this is the Chinese Communist Party, “which intends to overthrow our government in order to take over our precious country. On Wednesday, he will hold a press conference with attorney Powell, and on the same day Rudy Giuliani will attend an election public hearing in the Michigan House of Representatives, where the New Tang Dynasty and Epoch Times will broadcast live coverage of both meetings.

At Tuesday’s hearing of the Michigan Senate Oversight Committee, several witnesses testified to massive election fraud in the state, such as the so-called “software glitch” that transferred 6,000 Trump votes to Biden.

In Pennsylvania, federal Republican lawmakers on Tuesday (Dec. 1) challenged mail-in ballot legislation, filing an emergency injunction with the U.S. Supreme Court to prevent Pennsylvania’s government from certifying the election.

In Maricopa County, Arizona, a judge ruled that the state’s Republicans can examine a sample of mail-in ballot envelopes to find out if there were irregularities in the state’s general election counting process.

In Wisconsin, on Dec. 1, Trump’s legal team filed a lawsuit with the state Supreme Court alleging that a large number of absentee ballots were illegally counted in the state, totaling about 220,000.

The Thomas More Society also held a press conference in Washington DC on Tuesday. Three whistleblowers appeared on the scene and provided extensive evidence of illegal actions taken by election officials and how the illegal actions of the USPS (United Postal Workers of America) influenced the outcome of the election.

In response to a media circus on the left in which Attorney General William Barr said he had seen no evidence of widespread election fraud, the Justice Department issued a statement refuting the claim, saying, “The Department of Justice will continue to collect and aggressively pursue all specific and credible allegations of fraud as quickly as possible.

Meanwhile, Biden’s “news team” was found to be made up of people from the so-called mainstream media, headed by a female CNN political commentator. Project Veritas has revealed that they listened to two months of CNN’s morning editorial meetings and learned how CNN planned to use public opinion to force Trump out of office, which they will continue to publish.

The following are live updates on the U.S. election.

Linwood: Praying for the Light of Freedom to Shine on America

Lin Wood (whose full name is Lucian Lincoln Wood Jr, or Lin Wood in Chinese), a prominent U.S. human rights lawyer, said in a Wednesday morning post that light dispels darkness and prayed for the light of freedom to shine in America.

“My name is Lucian.

Lucian means light.

The light dispels the darkness.
Light leads the way.
Light exposes what is hidden.
Light means to be seen, not to be concealed.

We all have light within us. Christ uses our light to transform our lives.

Pray that the light of freedom will shine in America.”

Attorneys Linwood and Powell will hold a press conference today at 2:05 p.m. in Georgia to report on the progress of their legal case against election fraud and scams.

Chronicle Reports Nevada Election Fraud Trump Retweets

At midnight Tuesday, President Trump retweeted an English-language Epoch article about election fraud in Nevada, and the English-language Epoch tweeted.

“The Nevada Native American Voting Project posted photos on Facebook on Election Day of voters smiling with $25 gift cards after turning in their ballots.

The post has since been deleted, but was archived before it was deleted.”

Trump: will be forced to veto defense bill if Section 230 is not terminated

Trump tweeted Tuesday (Dec. 1) that he would be forced to veto the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) if Congress does not repeal Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (CDAA).

He said that Section 230 poses a serious threat to U.S. national security and the integrity of our elections, and that if left unchecked, the United States will never be safe.

“So if this very dangerous and unfair Section 230 is not completely terminated in the National Defense Authorization Act, I will be forced to veto it unequivocally when the bill arrives on this very nice desk.” He added.

Conference call recording leaked, CNN panics

The Project Veritas team, led by renowned undercover investigative journalist James O’Keefe, has made a big move by exposing months of recordings of CNN Chairman Jeff Zucker’s daily conference calls.

O’Keefe promised to release the recordings of CNN’s morning meetings beginning at 7 p.m. on Dec. 1. O’Keefe said that when he called CNN president Jeff Zucker to tell him that he had access to the contents of his internal meetings, Zucker was alarmed.

In the first recording he released, CNN’s senior editors and president were discussing specific measures to force Trump to step down; two of them talked about threatening him with the example of the September 11 bombing of the Twin Towers.

Cruz Urges Supreme Court to Speedy Hearing of Pennsylvania Election Appeal

On Tuesday, December 1, senior U.S. Senator Ted Cruz issued a statement in support of the Trump team and his Republican state senators from Pennsylvania challenging the election fraud claims. In the statement, he urged the U.S. Supreme Court to expeditiously hear an emergency appeal of the Pennsylvania election.

In the statement, Cruz said, “The petitioners raise serious legal issues, and I believe the (Supreme) Court should hear the case as quickly as possible.”

“The Pennsylvania Constitution requires in-person voting, except in narrowly defined and specific circumstances. Late last year, the Pennsylvania legislature passed a law allowing universal mail-in voting, despite the Pennsylvania Constitution’s explicit prohibition.” He said, “If Pennsylvania wants to change the way it votes, then the state must follow the law.”

McInerney: Concerned about Nevada, Trump’s team to bring witnesses to testify

(Kayleigh McEnany) said Monday that people should focus on Nevada this week as the Trump team prepares to invite witnesses to testify about the state’s election case.

She explained, “We’ve been allowed to show evidence, and in the litigation world, what does that mean? This means that we can now invite witnesses to testify under oath. It is worth noting that the Democrats have been doing everything in their power to prevent us from inviting witnesses to testify so that we can’t question and investigate them. We have finally gotten that permission in Nevada.”

Trump’s team has submitted a list of witnesses to the court, but that list has not yet been made public. The next hearing in the case is scheduled for Dec. 3.

U.S. Justice Department statement: Barr did not say election fraud did not exist

A spokesperson for the U.S. Department of Justice said in a statement Tuesday night (Dec. 1), “Some media outlets have erroneously reported that the Department of Justice has concluded its investigation into election fraud and its declaration that there was no fraud in the election.”

The Associated Press broke the news Tuesday afternoon that Attorney General William Barr, interviewed by them, said that so far, no large-scale fraud has been observed that could have affected the outcome of the election.

“The Justice Department will continue to collect and aggressively pursue all specific and credible allegations of fraud as quickly as possible,” DOJ added.

Powell: Witness to fraud lawsuit hospitalized

Former federal prosecutor and prominent Texas attorney Sidney Powell has revealed that witnesses involved in her 2020 election fraud lawsuit are being threatened and have even been hospitalized after being beaten and injured.

In an interview with Fox News on Tuesday (Dec. 1), Powell revealed the difficulties she is currently facing. She said that potential witnesses are in danger of losing their jobs and that their “lives are in danger. Powell also said that one witness had been “beaten and hospitalized”.

“(Threats and intimidation) have all kinds of effects on people who come forward.” She continued, “Democrats don’t like whistleblowers, they only like liars who claim to be whistleblowers.”

Lawyer group: 280,000 votes sent from New York to Pennsylvania all gone

Nearly 280,000 ballots were delivered from New York to Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and then disappeared along with the truck that delivered them, Phill Kline, director of the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society, a U.S. attorney group, said Dec. 1.

Kline said at the press conference that he had obtained evidence that “between 130,000 and 280,000 completed ballots were transported from Bethpage, Long Island, New York, to Lancaster, Pennsylvania, on October 21, and upon arrival, those ballots and their delivery trucks were gone.” Klein said the evidence came from a USPS (United States Postal Service) outsourcer.

Michigan Examiner: military ballots look like photocopies, all for Biden

At the December 1 hearing in Michigan, a poll watcher testified that on Election Day, she was on hand at the TCF Center in Detroit and saw a large number of military ballots that appeared to be “photocopied,” all marked for Biden, the Democratic candidate.

The observer, whose name is Patty and who has nine years of experience in the field, said, “The military ballots at …… looked like they were all copied with the precision of a photocopier, all for Biden and none for Trump.”

Patty and other Republican scrutineers wanted to challenge this, but election officials “would tell us ‘no’. Pat also alleges that when the military ballots came in, election officials told her and others to “go take a break.

Republican State Legislator Gains 67% Lead After 2020 Election

The Republican Party has increased its advantage in state legislatures in the 2020 elections, not only successfully flipping both chambers in one state, but also gaining more than 160 seats overall.

The Republican lead over the Democrats is expected to increase from over 400 seats to over 700 seats, an increase of about 67%. However, this number is still subject to change, as some seats have yet to be finalized.

The most notable victory for the Republicans occurred in New Hampshire, where an increase of 61 seats allowed the Republicans to take both chambers. West Virginia added 21 seats, a major development that ensured the Republicans an absolute majority in both chambers.

Arizonans Rally to Protest Governor’s Certification of Election Results

On Monday, November 30, Arizona voters gathered again in front of The Arizona State Capitol for another rally. The procession carried a variety of flags and chanted “Stop Stealing Ballots” as they walked from a nearby parking lot to the building. State Representative David Cook of the 8th District and State Representative Anthony Kern of the 20th District also came to the evening rally.

That day, the Arizona legislature and President Trump’s legal team held a public hearing on election integrity, with multiple witnesses testifying under oath to the existence of fraud.

Pennsylvania Legislator: “Constitutional Crisis” in Election Certification

Both the Pennsylvania House and Senate have issued resolutions accusing the executive and judicial branches of Pennsylvania of usurping the Legislature’s constitutional authority to set election rules. However, the 2020 legislative session ended on November 30, and the new legislative session does not begin until January 7, 2021, leaving the Pennsylvania legislature powerless until next year.

Republicans in the Pennsylvania legislature are examining every legal avenue to take back their power over the election process and contest the results of the 2020 presidential election until widespread allegations of fraud are resolved.

Republican State Representative Russ Diamond said in a Dec. 1 interview with The Epoch Times, “I would love nothing more than to make sure that the people of Pennsylvania know that every legitimate vote has been accurately counted and that the election results are properly tallied. That’s the only thing I care about.”

Republican state Sen. Doug Mastriano said he wants to declare a recess, which would allow the body to return to session immediately.

Former criminal investigator: nearly 300,000 questionable ballots in Michigan

“If you use data from four different precincts, you’ll find that the total number of votes cast is nearly 300,000 more votes than those voting machines can handle. And then when you look at the reports from certain townships and different precincts, you find that the total number of votes cast is far greater than the total number of eligible voters in those areas.” Nathan, a former criminal investigator, said in an interview.

Nathan, who spent years in the military and then law enforcement and worked as a criminal investigator, held a sign at a “Stop Voter Fraud” rally in Lansing, Michigan’s capital, on Nov. 28, listing data from four Michigan precincts he studied. Question.

Pennsylvania Voters Call on State Legislators to Confront Election Fraud and Save America

Forty-one Republican state lawmakers in Pennsylvania formally introduced a proposal Monday to challenge the results of Pennsylvania’s 2020 election and urge the state’s secretary of state to withdraw certification of the presidential election results. Citizens came to the scene to support Trump and defend the election results.

That morning, nearly 100 protesters braved the rain at the state Capitol in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania’s capital, carrying a petition to visit lawmakers’ offices in hopes that more lawmakers would support the bill. Outside the state Capitol, more protesters waved flags and banners, hoping lawmakers would address the issue of fraud in this election and respond to the public’s petition.

Bobby Lawrence, founder of the civic organization ProtectYourVotes USA, is here to “Defend Your Elections”. He is here to “defend our belief in elections and the credibility of elections, and to defend the integrity of our elections in Pennsylvania.

Disregarding Doubtful Ballots, One Nevada Precinct Finished by 10 Votes

County commissioners in Nevada’s largest county, Clark County, filed a motion for redistricting on November 16 for challenging the results of the county’s District C election, but agreed to certify the results on Tuesday, December 1. This means that the Democratic candidate in District C has a 153,000-vote district in his pocket, with only a 10-vote lead.

On December 3, the Trump team will attend an evidentiary hearing before a judge in the state’s First District Court, where they will present numerous allegations of election fraud.

Nevada is also a key battleground state in this year’s election, with frequent whistle blowers and voters exposing evidence of election fraud. President Trump also said earlier that Nevada is a hiding place for fraudulent ballots.
