The Times of Israel published a set of photos in the 14th edition showing stunning scenes of Israel’s Iron Dome defense system taking on a rain of Hamas rockets.
The stunning series of images highlights the dance of terror that plays out in the sky as Israel tries to stop the massive rocket attacks from Gaza.

A series of stunning photos taken earlier Friday depicts a fierce battle between the terror group’s rockets and Israel’s Iron Dome interceptor missiles over Israel and Gaza.
Israel says the Iron Dome interceptor system intercepted more than 90 percent of the rockets, which were fired at densely populated areas, and that the Iron Dome interceptor system saved hundreds of lives. The system’s advanced radar can calculate which rockets will fall harmlessly in open areas.
Meanwhile, Hamas and other terrorist groups have tried to overwhelm the system by firing dozens of rockets at a time, but have been only partially successful.
Terror groups in Gaza have fired some 1,750 rockets and mortar shells at Israel since fighting broke out Monday night, according to the IDF.
March 2021 marks the tenth year since the groundbreaking system was first deployed. During that time, it has exceeded expectations, intercepting more than 2,500 rockets and missiles in all weather conditions and saving hundreds, and possibly thousands, of lives.
