Dozens of Witnesses Appear at Michigan Hearing to Reveal Election Fraud

On December 1, the Michigan Senate Oversight Committee held a hearing to hear testimony about absentee ballot counting and election fraud at the TCF Center in Detroit. Dozens of witnesses were present and described anomalies and irregularities they witnessed on Election Day and the following day, such as failure to properly identify absentee ballots, ballots without signatures, dead people voting, double counting of ballots, and Republican scrutineers being harassed, threatened, and driven away.

Each witness was given only about three minutes to speak, but their statements came together as strong evidence that the vote counts in Detroit and Michigan were unconvincing.

The second presiding officer of the hearing, Senator Peter J. Lucido, said, “If everyone had done their job and election integrity had been ensured, we wouldn’t be sitting here today.”

Dr. Linda Lee Tarver has served in the Secretary of State’s office for 29 years, including five terms as Secretary of State. She served as director of the state’s Office of Community Affairs and Election Integrity and assisted with the filing of election fraud prosecutions with the state Attorney General.

Dr. Tarver stated, “If we can’t get this year’s election right, then no election after 2020 should be considered fair.”

In the Detroit area, she said, there were instances of one person voting multiple times, and absolute fraud in the distribution and counting of ballots that were not addressed.

She said the injustice experienced by Republican poll watchers is just one means by which this year’s election in Michigan was stolen. For the past 25 years, especially in the Detroit metropolitan area of Pontiac, Republican poll watchers have always been removed by police.

Citing Michigan statutes, Dr. Tarver says that election inspectors “must protect” those who file challenges, and that “it’s not a choice.” However, in her 34 years in Michigan government, this provision has never been enforced in metropolitan areas, and she says “never” three times in a row. She believes that it is a crime that those election inspectors continue to threaten and drive out Republican poll watchers.

Dr. Tarver suggested that independent inspectors should be brought in and that “we need a thorough audit to correct this election fraud.

Chris Schornak recounted his experiences as a poll watcher and volunteer. He and 1,000 volunteers from the group Guarding the Elections scrutinized 30,000 of Detroit’s 172,000 absentee ballots and found that 229 were from deceased persons and 2,660 were from invalid addresses, either vacant lots or burned-out houses. In other words, 8.9% were ineligible fraudulent ballots that should have been removed. However, “those ballots were actually counted and passed through the high-speed ballot reading machines.”

Schoenecker provided sworn testimony that some officials didn’t even want to hear about the fraud that did occur. He questioned, “Shouldn’t the officials be concerned about this and do something about it?”

After he spoke, a legislator questioned why he thought fraud was occurring when both parties received about the same percentage of votes in Detroit this year compared to the 2016 election.

Shonek replied, “229 dead people voted, that’s fraud, that’s not my personal definition of ‘fraud,’ that’s the universally accepted definition. In my own experience, I was there on November 4th and I saw that ballots were brought in and there was no eligible record, but they counted those ballots anyway. I said to the attorney, Tim, ‘They won’t let us question anything.'”

Witness Eugene Greenstein said he found at the counting center that some of the mail-in ballots had different numbers than those on the envelopes, and that those ballots should have been treated as “provisional ballots” but were instead treated as “contested ballots. He argued that the use of postal ballots is a disaster in terms of both credibility and fraudulent use, because “good people do good things and bad people use them to do bad things.

Ms. Sylvia, an immigrant from Canada, said she loves this country, but, “I was very saddened and disappointed by what I saw at the TCF Center in Detroit, where they seemed to do their best to make us feel unwelcome.” After she left the count, she received a call to be told that a truck delivering ballots arrived at the center at 10:30 pm.

Gordan Pennington waited seven hours before speaking. He said that it was worth the time spent on the matter. He said, “I took my freedom for granted at one time, and I am ashamed because I never fought overseas, and many people gave everything for the rights we have.” He believes that constitutional procedures should be followed regarding elections and that the media should not decide who the elected officials are. He hopes that officials will follow up and take action to ensure that the rights of more than 70 million voters are not violated.

Through this hearing, the outside world heard directly and intensively from dozens of Michigan witnesses for the first time, and gained a clear understanding of whether elections in Detroit are fraudulent. In fact, anyone with basic common sense would ask: Why did the TCF Center in Detroit kick Republican poll watchers out of the counting hall, and why did the staff block the doors and windows with cardboard? What are they trying to hide?

On November 23, the Michigan State Board of Elections certified the election results, calling Biden the winner. However, in Wayne County, two Republican commissioners refused to certify the county’s election results, and they were cyber-harassed, harassed, and threatened as a result.

On the evening of November 25, attorney Sidney Powell filed a complaint in Michigan and Georgia courts to expose fraud in the 2020 election. In the indictment against Michigan, Attachment 101 testimony comes from election security expert Russell James Ramsland Jr. whose research shows that voting machine Dominion injected or falsified nearly 290,000 illegal ballots in Michigan.

After citing Ramsland’s testimony, the indictment reads, “290,000 illegal ballots is almost double the number of votes that Democratic presidential candidate Biden supposedly had ahead of Trump in Michigan.”

In the face of overwhelming facts, testimony and unexplainable shenanigans, Michigan needs an independent audit of this election, and the so-called certification should be overturned. On December 2, the Michigan House of Representatives will hold an election hearing where more evidence will be presented. State Representatives and Senators should be aware of their responsibility to uphold the integrity of elections and stand up against election fraud.
