Politico, a far-left media outlet, revealed that Manhattan prosecutor Cyrus Vance Jr. may file a lawsuit against Trump when he returns to Mar-a-Lago, and that law enforcement officials in Palm Beach County, Florida, are preparing for it.
Two county officials told Politico that there could be a “tricky extradition issue” because Governor DeSantis, a staunch Trump ally, has the power to intervene.
The Gateway Pundit says it’s no coincidence that the news leaked out of Arizona when it was revealed that Maricopa County officials deleted the entire database of voting machines before they were turned over.
The Gateway Pundit has learned that Joe Abruzzo, a former confidant of Biden’s brother Frank, was in Florida, specifically tasked with building a case for the “fugitive. Abruzzo told Politico that “the statute leaves room for interpretation, and the governor has the authority to order a review, potentially without complying with an extradition notice.”
Abuzzo also said that despite his close relationship with the Biden’s, “the law in its entirety will be complied with and properly enforced without prejudice.”
President Trump has left Florida and is currently living at his golf club in Bedminster, N.J. Governor Phil Murphy, the Democratic governor of New Jersey, is unlikely to protect Trump if Mr. Trump is indicted in the summer.
Currently, district attorneys in Manhattan, New York, are investigating Trump’s loans for his Manhattan properties under the leadership of Vance Jr.
Earlier, Vance Jr. launched an investigation into the Trump Organization, accusing it of “insurance and bank fraud” in connection with Mazars USA, the firm hired by Trump.
