The National Archives reported on May 8 that on last night’s episode of Tucker Carlson Tonight, Fox News host Tucker Carlson continued to expose the strange relationship between anti-Trump pollster Frank Luntz and Republican House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, the Republican House minority leader, has a strange relationship with him. Carlson revealed that McCarthy paid only $1,500 a month to stay in a luxury 700-square-foot penthouse apartment owned by Luntz.
Carlson began, “Luntz was a pollster in Washington, D.C., but his real job was to work for Google and to promote oxycodone (Oxycodone) during the opioid epidemic.” Oxycodone (Oxycodone), an opioid used to treat moderate to severe pain, is a common drug of abuse.
Carlson then revealed that “McCarthy was paying $1,500 a month to live in Lentz’s apartment. That doesn’t sound like a big deal. But until you find out that the apartment is 700 square meters and on the top floor, it’s all alarming.”
McCarthy’s spokesman defended that it was a fair market rate because McCarthy was only renting one of the 12 bedrooms, which were only 40 square meters. “
Carlson said, “What is the rent for McCarthy and Lenz living together? That’s worth asking because the House has rules about accepting gifts at below-market rates.”
Almost immediately after Carlson exposed McCarthy’s questionable living situation, the Republican leader began suggesting that it was time to remove anti-Trump Rep. Liz Cheney from her leadership position within the Republican Party.
