The outbreak of the Chinese communist virus (New Coronavirus) is far from subsiding in mainland China. Recently, internal documents obtained show that there are re-positive cases in several provinces on the mainland, and that officials have not notified all cases. However, the State Council of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the localities are each saying their own explanation for the re-positive cases.
Cases of re-synthesis continue on the mainland
Since this year, many places on the mainland have been passing reversionary cases one after another.
On May 1, the General Hospital of Henan Yi Coal Group found an asymptomatic infected person with a confirmed case that had returned after being cured. The case was diagnosed in Xi’an on Feb. 11, and the man was discharged from the hospital on April 3 after being cured, but later regained his positive status.
On April 27, a case of a confirmed patient regained positivity in Hejin, Shanxi.
On April 24, one case of re-synthesis was found in Wangkui County, Heilongjiang. On the same day, a reporter from the Epoch Times received information from a source in Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province, that there were a large number of re-positive cases in Wangkui, the site of the outbreak at the beginning of the year, and that the town of Huizi was closed again and Wangkui County was in a semi-closed state.
Suihua City informants to the reporter broke the news, “Heilongjiang Wangkui County, Huizhou Village, there are compound Yang, Huizhou Village, the local town has been closed. According to internal sources, there have been more than thirty people re-yang.”
Earlier, a person from Xicheng District in Beijing was diagnosed and cured in Shanghai in August 2020. This person went to Beijing in October 2020, but was rechecked positive on January 24, 2021.
An individual in Fushan, Shanxi, was diagnosed around December 16, 2020, and was discharged on January 5, 2021. However, he tested positive for nucleic acid on January 23 and was again isolated for treatment on the 24th.
Exclusive: The State Council issued an internal notice for multiple re-positive cases
Recently, the State Council of the Communist Party of China (CPC) issued a “non-disclosed” notice on February 26th on strengthening the nucleic acid testing of patients discharged from the hospital with New Crest Pneumonia (CPC pneumonia), leaking that there are re-positive cases in many places on the mainland.
According to the document, there have been a number of cases of false “re-positives” in cured patients in some areas recently. However, the document blames this phenomenon on the “irregularity of nucleic acid testing” and “inaccurate grasp of discharge criteria” of patients discharged from hospitals in the relevant areas.
The document proposes countermeasures to strengthen nucleic acid testing for discharges of cured patients.

Obtained a February 19 “Report on the positive nucleic acid test results of Jia XX and Han XX, recovered and discharged persons with New Guan Pneumonia (CCP pneumonia)” from the Shijiazhuang Health Care Commission. These two are also recent cases that have regained positivity, but there is no official report.
Jia XX (33 years old) from Xiaoguozhuang Village, Zengcun Town, Gaocheng District, Shijiazhuang was diagnosed as asymptomatic infected on January 4 and was discharged from Hebei Chest Hospital and transferred to Shijiazhuang Fifth Hospital for treatment on the 18th. He was discharged from home isolation on February 9 and tested positive for nucleic acid on the 17th; on the 18th and 19th, three hospitals tested positive respectively.
Han XX (14 years old) from Dongqiao Village, Zengcun Town, Gaocheng District, Shijiazhuang was diagnosed as asymptomatic infected on January 6 and was discharged from Hebei Chest Hospital on January 27 and transferred to Shijiazhuang Fifth Hospital for treatment; he was isolated at home on February 13, tested positive for nucleic acid on the 18th and again on the 19th.
According to the Shijiazhuang Health Care Commission’s “Report on the Expert Validation of Jia XX and Han XX, who were discharged from the New Crown Pneumonia Rehabilitation,” dated February 24, the above two were admitted to the Hebei Provincial Chest Hospital for isolation treatment on the 19th. After admission, the nucleic acid test was negative and the chest CT examination was not abnormal.
The document also revealed that on February 21, after nine Hebei Province and city medical treatment experts concluded that both patients met the discharge criteria of the relevant program of the CPC National Health Commission.
The document also said that the two designated hospitals discharged patients “strict procedures”. For example, the provincial chest hospital and the city’s fifth hospital have to go through four complicated procedures and layers of approval before they can be discharged. The document reveals that the two patients were hospitalized in the designated hospital and rehabilitation hospital for a total of 36 days.
According to Li Linyi, a commentator on current affairs, the above information shows that Hebei Province is saying its own version of the definitive conclusion of the Fuyang case and the document issued by the State Council. In other words, Hebei’s conclusion implies that they fully complied with “the discharge criteria of the relevant program of the National Health Care Commission” and that the case still turned out to be a repeat case, which may be because the criteria set by the Health Care Commission were incorrect. The State Council document, on the other hand, put the responsibility for the re-synthesis on the local level, asking them to strengthen the nucleic acid testing of the cured patients discharged from the hospital. The reality is that whoever does not want to take responsibility is pulling the wool over the eyes.
Li Linyi said that there are still many mysteries about this virus that have not been solved, and the knowledge of modern science is still relatively superficial compared to this virus.
Positive items are circulating in many places on the mainland
Since this year, several items have been reported to have tested positive for the virus in several provinces on the mainland. However, officials have not been transparent about this, and have only selectively disclosed some of the incidents.
A January 3 report from the Market Supply and Supervision Group of the Leading Group for Response to the Epidemic in Hebei Province, obtained, on the positive nucleic acid test of one auto parts in Baoding, reveals in the document that one sample of auto parts from the High-Tech Zone Extreme Auto Sales & Service Co. was tested positive (review result).
The Baoding Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s “Information on the results of nucleic acid testing of auto parts involved in the epidemic” dated January 3 mentioned that samples of the company’s stock parts, the company’s environment and the surface of the box truck of Hangang Air Transport Company in Lianchi District were tested for nucleic acid, and a part of the samples in the G1-G10 sun visor were tested positive.
According to the report from the Office of the Leading Group for Response to the Epidemic in Cangzhou High-tech Zone on January 2, one sample of the outer packaging of spare parts from Lixingxingxing Auto Sales & Service Co. in High-tech Zone tested positive.
Hebei Provincial Public Security Department Epidemic Prevention Office January 19 “on Hu Xinjun to carry out the epidemic prevention and control isolation measures report” revealed that the driver Hu XX of Zhenglang Town, Xiangcheng City, Zhoukou City, Henan Province, driving a truck with license plate number “Jin AX5915”, in the service area of Leting, Hebei section of Qinbin Expressway, the sample of the goods loaded in the truck tested positive .
In addition to Hebei, other provinces have also reported various positive items.
Zhengzhou City Epidemic Prevention and Control Leading Group Office’s January 29 “Report on the verification and disposal of the epidemic-related products of Shanghai Qinghu Cold Chain Logistics Co., Ltd.” revealed that a batch of goods from the company tested positive for nucleic acid in Kunming City.
In addition, on December 30, 2020, Daimler Northeast Asia Parts Trading Service Co., Ltd. released “Explanation on the situation related to Beijing Parts Center”. It was reported that some environmental samples from its workplace tested positive for nucleic acid.
