General Election Update 11.29: “Must Support President Trump”

To protest the theft of the election results and to resist the encroachment of evil into the United States, American people took to the streets again over the weekend in several states with rallies and marches to protest and support President Trump. People said, “We can’t let evil back in the White House”, “This is not a Democrat’s country, this is God’s country”, “Election fraud is tantamount to treason” and so on.

The Trump campaign and supporters are moving forward with legal actions in several swing states, and attorney Rudy Giuliani says they are fighting on two fronts, one legal action and the other lobbying state legislatures to exercise their legislative power to determine electors.

After filing lawsuits in Trader Joe’s and Michigan, the famous Powell attorney also continued to release chilling evidence of fraud in the public domain, telling the media that she had gotten stub photos of checks from bad guys buying ballots and committing fraud after forwarding a video of voting machines that could be easily altered.

In Pennsylvania, 34 Republican state legislators supported withdrawing certification of the election results, and Judge Patricia McCullough, who halted certification in the state, said the Republicans who brought the lawsuit were likely to win.

In addition to a clearing of the electoral landscape, Congressman Burgess Owens has expressed strong support for the conservative Freedom Force group in Congress. The group was formed to counter a small group of far-left Democratic House members known as the “Congressional Gang of Four.

Next Monday (November 30), the Trump team will participate in an election integrity hearing in the Arizona Senate, where they seek to have the Arizona Legislature, like the Pennsylvania General Assembly, exercise its constitutional authority to appoint Republican electors to the Electoral College. The New Tang Dynasty and Epoch Times will be broadcasting live (simultaneous translation in Chinese), which will be another highly anticipated moment not to be missed.

The following are live updates on the U.S. election.

New Jersey Rally Organizers: Must Support President Trump

Dave Cantera of Trenton, the capital of New Jersey, has been organizing truck rallies in support of President Trump and to protest election fraud. Thousands of people have rallied in the city every Saturday since Election Day to protest election fraud.

On November 28th Cantera held a rally in Trenton, New Jersey called “Stop the Steal,” where he said, “We must support our President,” and “We must support our President,” he said.

He said, “He (Trump) is against the Chinese Communist Party, he’s against Deep State, he’s against the Democratic Party, he’s against the corrupt politicians in the Democratic and Republican parties.” “If no one is with him, we have to let him know that we are with him. Because he’s for the people, he’s absolutely for the people.”

He added that all of our systems have turned away from God and gone in the opposite direction. And it’s gotten to the point where people have had enough.

Michigan Voters Lansing Gathering for Trump

At noon on November 28th, Michigan, one of the swing states, also held a large rally that day, calling for an “end to voter theft”.

Over the past few weekends, Michiganders, like voters in other states across the country, have been descending on Lansing, Michigan’s capital city, every Saturday to “Stop Voter Piracy.

At Saturday’s rally, people held a variety of placards, “God Bless America,” “Stop Election Fraud,” “Make America Great Again,” and chanted slogans in support of President Donald Trump.

Calling for a Fair Election Motorcycle Rides in D.C. to Support Trump

Over the past few years, motorcycle enthusiasts in the United States have formed pro-Trump biker groups all over the country. In many of the “pro-Trump” car marches, motorcycle teams often lead the way and are very visible.

These riders came from all states in the US, as far as Arizona drove 34 hours to Washington, D.C. They were some of Trump’s loyal supporters. They were a mix of Trump loyalists, centrists and former Democrats.

Mark Purcell of Pittsburgh, who has worked for the Democratic Party in Pennsylvania politics for decades, switched to supporting Trump in 2015 and has participated in motorcycle rides for Trump in several states.

He said, “They’re using this virus (outbreak) as an excuse to do mail-in ballots first, because they know they can’t cheat directly at the polls, so they’re starting with mail-in ballots first. I hope that these (fraud) issues in the various states will be put together and taken to the Supreme Court together, so they can decide exactly what to do about it.”

Former intelligence officer testifies that Dominion rigged the election

In an extensive deposition appended to the pleadings filed by Powell’s attorneys in Michigan and Georgia, a former U.S. Army intelligence officer testified under oath to corroborate the allegations of the Powell complaint against the Dominion voting system in an open, simple, and independently verifiable manner.

The witness, a former electronic intelligence analyst with the U.S. Army’s 305th Military Intelligence Battalion, conducted cybersecurity analysis of the Dominion voting system and alleged fraud-related organizations such as Edison Research. In the U.S. election, many mainstream media outlets used Edison Research’s real-time vote counting data.

Witnesses have testified that Dominion and other organizations intentionally allowed hostile foreign powers to hack into their network infrastructure to monitor and manipulate U.S. elections, including this year’s election.

WV Voters File New Lawsuit to Block Certification of Results

On November 27, a lawsuit was filed before the Wisconsin Supreme Court seeking to prevent the state from certifying election results. The lawsuit states that ballots cast through ballot drop boxes are illegal and should be voided; if such ballots cannot be effectively screened out, then the state legislature should nominate its own slate of presidential electors.

The lawsuit, filed on behalf of Wisconsin voter Dean Mueller, argues that the plaintiffs’ right to a “safe, free, secure, and transparent presidential election” was violated because “thousands of illegal ballots were cast in illegal ballot drop boxes throughout Wisconsin, and the inclusion of these ballots diluted the plaintiffs’ vote.

The lawsuit says the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) approved more than 500 ballot boxes in 72 counties across the state, which violates the law because the U.S. Constitution only gives Congress or the state legislature that power.

Judge: Republicans may win Pennsylvania lawsuit

Pennsylvania Judge Patricia McCullough, who halted the certification of Pennsylvania’s election results, says the Republican who filed the lawsuit in question will likely win the case.

In her opinion Friday (Nov. 27), McCullough explained why certification was halted and gave an assessment of why Republicans are likely to win the case.

She wrote, “On the merits, the suits appear certain to win because they firmly state that the Constitution does not provide the Legislature with a mechanism that would allow expanded absentee voting without amending the Constitution.”

Last Saturday (21), Republican Representative Mike Kelly, Republican congressional candidate Sean Parnell, and Pennsylvania congressional candidate Wanda Logan, among eight others, filed a lawsuit in Pennsylvania, alleging that the state’s Vote by Mail Law 77 violates the state constitution.

Pennsylvania’s 34 Republican State Representatives Support Withdrawal of Election Results Certification

Following a hearing in Pennsylvania on November 25, Pennsylvania Republican lawmakers asked the Governor and Secretary of State to decertify the election results. So far, 26 Pennsylvania Republican state representatives and 8 state senators have supported the resolution.

Twenty-six Pennsylvania Republican state representatives signed a statement Friday (November 27) saying that the election process was compromised in this election and that “we cannot accept the certification of the results of the Pennsylvania election. They said (Pennsylvania’s election process) violated election laws with irregularities and improprieties in the mailing of ballots, pre-screening and ballot inspection.

Team Trump attorney Jenna Ellis tweeted the same day, Nov. 28, adding, “There are also 8 Pennsylvania State Senators (who also support decertification of election results).”

Powell: We got their check stub photos from buying votes

In a radio interview with Howie Carr on Friday (Nov. 27), prominent attorney Sidney Powell said, “We got check stub photos that were used (by them) to pay for ballot acquisition (ballot harvesting) and fraudulent voting. “

She added that based on the information she has, Biden has obtained at least 10 million fraudulent ballots, while her team is identifying millions more dead ballots.

“We’re still tracking and digging with precision,” Powell said. Under U.S. law, it is illegal to acquire ballots in all states except California.

In addition to summarizing a number of irregularities in the vote counting process, there are a number of witnesses who testify that Dominion voting machines are highly susceptible to hacking and altering vote results.

Giuliani Reveals Two-Front Strategy of Trump Team

Newsmax TV reported Friday that Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani said they are taking two approaches to challenging election fraud, namely lobbying state legislatures in major states to assert their power in determining electors, in addition to the legal approach.

“We’re doing both with equal speed and enthusiasm and taking full advantage of the fastest way of doing one of them,” Giuliani said, “We have a lot of evidence, we don’t have a lot of time. And we’re facing significant (media and social media) scrutiny, so it’s difficult to get this (fraud) information out to the public.”

Giuliani said the U.S. Constitution gives the power to elect the president to state legislatures, not the government and the attorney general, and that state legislatures determine the election rules and whether the ballots are correct. “We reach out to those state legislatures and tell them that if you confirm the election (results) and sign the wrong statement, you are committing fraud,” He said.

Powell wants court order to preserve Joe’s voting machine forensics data.

Powell asks for an immediate court order to cancel Georgia’s certified election results and retain the forensic data from the voting machines. Powell is questioning the integrity of Georgia’s elections.

She filed a motion Friday seeking an immediate injunction (injunctive relief) on the grounds that the plaintiffs will suffer irreparable harm if Union Couty, Georgia election officials are not prevented from purging the forensic data from voting machines and resetting the count to zero.

“Defendants’ low cost and significant potential harm to Plaintiffs make this case a significant net harm for immediate emergency injunction. Accordingly, the Court respectfully requests that it grant Plaintiff’s motion,” Powell wrote.

Powell’s lawsuit in Jo is on behalf of eight people, including Electoral College Republican candidate and Cobb County Republican Party Chairman Jason Shepherd and Jo Deputy Republican Party Secretary Brian Jay Van Gundy, and the defendants include Governor Brian Kemp, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and others.

Expert: State lawmakers have ultimate power to appoint electors

Writing in The Federalist, veteran attorney and contributor Margot Cleveland says that under the U.S. Constitutional system, state legislators have the final and sole authority to appoint the electors they deem most appropriate.

Cleveland argues that this is exactly what state legislatures should be doing in states with serious voting integrity problems this year, based on the thoughtful judgment of legislators who have conducted independent investigations into election fraud, computer hardware and software misconduct, and violations of state election laws and regulations.

In other words, when the state legislature’s choice of electors by referendum is not possible, the state legislature should designate electors in a different way.
