Powell Lawsuit Witness: “Forged” Ballot Uses Different Paper and Watermarks

On the evening of November 25, the Gateway Pundit reported that attorney general Sidney Powell filed a 104-page lawsuit against the state of Georgia alleging massive voter fraud in the 2020 election.

Sidney Powell’s lawsuit contains numerous allegations of irregularities, anomalies, old-fashioned “ballot stuffing,” violations of Georgia’s election laws, illegal auditing procedures, and the use of voting machines to manipulate ballots.

Numerous witnesses testified that they saw ballots for President Trump placed in the Joe Biden pile, while 100% of the pre-printed “no-use” ballots were cast for Joe Biden.

One witness testified that they saw “forged” ballots with dark watermarks, which were cast 100% for Joe Biden.

When the witnesses reported the fraudulent ballots to the Returning Officer, they excused themselves by saying that the darker watermark was due to the use of a different printer.

On page 35 of the file submitted by Powell, the affiant testified that “the use of different paper on the ballots constituted fraud”.

I noticed that almost all of the ballots I checked were for Biden. Many batches of ballots were 100% for Biden. I also noticed that at least 3 of the ballots had a solid gray watermark instead of a transparent one, which led me to believe that the ballot was a forgery. I challenged this, and the Chief Elections Officer said that this was a legitimate ballot, due to the use of a different printer. Many of the ballots had only Biden’s mark on them, and there were no other marks on the entire ballot.

Another affiant (the same witness who testified under oath in Wood v. Raffensperger) explained that she observed a batch of unused paper ballots of different texture with machine stamped bubbles and that 98% of the ballots were for Joe Biden.

Most of the ballots had been handled, had been written on, and had frayed edges, indicating that they had clearly been used. One batch of ballots, however, was different. It was brand new. There was a difference in the texture of the paper-as if they had been used for absentee ballots, but they had not been used for absentee ballots. There was also a difference in the feel of the paper.

These different ballots had slight (machine-embossed) pre-folds, so they could be easily folded and unfolded for use on a scanning machine. However, there are no markings on these ballots to indicate where they came from or where they were processed. These ballots are eye-catching.

With 20 years of experience handling ballots, I have observed that the candidate markings on these ballots are unusually uniform, perhaps having been filled out uniformly with some kind of equipment. Based on my observations of these ballots, I estimate that about 98% of the ballots were cast for Joe Biden. I have observed only two of these ballots for President Donald J. Trump.”
