Trump: Never Give in to Fake Ballots and “Dominion”

U.S. President Donald Trump: the General Services Administration cannot decide who is the next U.S. president.

Although the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) approved Joe Biden to begin the transition to the White House, President Donald Trump vowed to “never give in” to “the most corrupt election in the history of American politics. He also said that the General Services Administration cannot decide who is the next president of the United States.

News of the General Services Administration’s approval of the transition to Joe Biden prompted some in the media to say that Trump had caved in, to which Trump responded in tweets late Monday night and Tuesday morning.

In a tweet late Monday night, Trump said, “What does the General Services Administration’s approval of initial cooperation with the Democratic Party have to do with continuing to pursue our various cases regarding what will be remembered as the most corrupt election in the history of American politics? We are moving full speed ahead. Never give in to fake ballots and ‘Dominion’.”

Then, on Tuesday morning, Trump sent out another tweet on the matter: “Remember, the General Services Administration has been great and Emily Murphy has done a great job, but the General Services Administration does not determine who is the next President of the United States.”

Trump had previously explained on Monday evening why the General Services Administration approved the transition to Biden.

In two tweets Monday evening, Trump said, “I want to thank Emily Murphy at the General Services Administration for her unwavering dedication and loyalty to our country. She has been harassed, threatened and abused, and I don’t want to see that happen to her, her family or the employees of the General Services Administration. Our case continues and we will continue to fight hard and I believe we will prevail! However, in the best interests of our nation, I am recommending that Emily and her team do what needs to be done to meet the requirements of the initial agreement, and telling my team to do the same.”

General Services Administration Administrator Murphy has reportedly faced increasing pressure, even death threats, for previously stating that the transition would not be initiated until “the winner is clear according to the procedures set forth in the Constitution.” This puts Murphy in a difficult position.

Murphy sent a letter to Mr. Biden on Monday (Nov. 23) in which she informed him of the transition resources available from the General Services Administration, refuted recent false media reports and innuendo, and stated that the true winner of the presidential election will be determined by the process established by the Constitution.
