Election Update 11.24: Trump: Large Lawsuit Filed Soon

The legal battle over the U.S. presidential election is entering a tightening moment, with two victories for Team Trump’s campaign-related lawsuit on Monday, one in which the Third Circuit Court of Appeals granted an expedited review of Team Trump’s request, and another in which the Michigan legislature will hold hearings this week on reports of election irregularities and alleged fraud.

In another matter that has drawn international attention, GSA Administrator Emily Murphy approved transition resources for Biden, and she also revealed that her family and staff had been bullied by Democrats. But President Trump looked at the big picture, reassured Murphy, and said he would never bow to fraudulent ballots and Dominion’s fraudulent system.

Evidence from the Trump team is coming to light in the form of testimony from Russell Ramsland, a partner in the United Security Operations Group, that his company found conclusive evidence of a flaw in the Dominion voting system, testimony from Kevin Foley, co-founder of Every Legitimate Vote, and testimony from the United States Department of Justice. Kevin D. Freeman tells the Chronicle that Trump’s legal team had enough time to win the election; “Just the News” and others compile the 10 most compelling pieces of evidence of alleged election fraud; Giuliani again says Democrats stole votes in more than a dozen cities. The news is of great concern to the Trump camp.

The announcement by the Trump camp that Powell, a prominent attorney, does not represent Trump’s legal team has caused concern. Powell’s lawyer responded that he was committed to exposing the truth about election fraud and would not allow “communists to steal the country”.

In the midst of the election battle, President Trump is simultaneously attacking the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Foreign media are reporting that the Trump administration intends to form a new coalition to fight the CCP when it uses its trade power to coerce other countries, and will add 89 more Chinese companies to the list to limit their purchases of American products and technology.

The following is a live update on the U.S. election situation.

Kawakami: Large lawsuit soon to be taken to court

On the morning of November 24, President Trump retweeted Breitbart’s report, “79% of Trump Voters Believe Election Stolen,” and wrote, “It (the report) is 100% correct and we are fighting hard for our massive lawsuit that will spell out all the details of the Vote Fraud Row, which will soon be in court. Rigged election!”

Tea Party Official: Verification of Voter ID is the Only Way to Restore Election Integrity

In an interview on the Epoch Times’ “Crossroads” program, Dan Farley, chairman of the Tea Party’s Phoenix metropolitan council, said that the federal Supreme Court eroded voter integrity in 2013 when it struck down Arizona’s law requiring proof of identity to register to vote, thereby losing key protections.

Farley said that while Arizona’s website says people “must be U.S. citizens to register and vote,” it also says proof of citizenship is not required to vote in federal elections. Instead, voters are only required to prove they are Arizona residents and U.S. citizens in state and local government elections.

“We may be adequate at this point to protect our state, but we can’t protect our electoral votes or our national leadership,” Farley said that if someone who is not a U.S. citizen uses a national voter registration form to register to vote in Arizona, the legal U.S. citizen vote and Arizona’s electoral votes will be stolen.

Joe’s third vote count still refuses to match signatures

Georgia’s second recount (and third in all) began on Tuesday (the 24th). Despite calls from the Trump campaign and Republicans for an “honest count,” Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said Monday that there will still be no signature matching in this recount.

The secretary of state’s office has repeatedly cited “voter privacy” as the reason, saying the ballots and envelopes were separated after initial verification and that because the signatures were on the envelopes, it would be impossible to match the counted ballots with the envelopes.

More than a dozen witnesses have now signed affidavits testifying to errors and potential fraud in the recount, including the counting of votes for Trump for Biden and several batches of suspiciously new, wrinkle-free, uniformly filled-out absentee ballots.

Republicans wage 16 legal battles in 4 states.

As of November 23, President Trump and several Republican organizations had filed 16 election fraud lawsuits in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, and Nevada, some of which have been appealed.

Linwood repeatedly referred to the Chinese Communist Party as the enemy of the United States.

Linwood, a member of Trump’s legal team, has tweeted several times recently that the United States is now in the midst of a good versus evil war with the Chinese Communist Party.

His tweets say, “The basic rule of war is to identify the enemy. Our country is at war with Communist China. It is a war between good and evil.”

He mentioned that the Chinese Communist Party has infiltrated the United States over the past two decades and that many local, state and national government officials and politicians have been corrupted by the Chinese Communist Party’s money and have become targets of its extortion.

He also said that Georgia Governor Brian Kemp has close ties to the CCP and called for an investigation into Kemp’s dealings with China to purchase CCP virus treatment supplies and his motives for the massive purchase of Dominion voting machines in Georgia.

U.S. General Services Administrator: My Safety and the Safety of My Family at Risk

On Monday, GSA Administrator Emily Murphy sent a letter to Biden approving transition resources for her. In her letter, she made it clear that she, her family, and even her pets have received threats from various sources to make premature decisions.

“Even in the face of thousands of threats, I remain committed to upholding the law,” Murphy informed Biden of certain post-election resources and services provided to him under the Presidential Transition Act of 1963, as amended. But Murphy also specifically mentioned that the true winner of the presidential election would be determined by the process set forth in the Constitution.

She said, “Please note that I am making my decision independently based on the law and the facts available.”

Poll: More than half of voters want Republicans to continue in Senate

A new survey by Harvard CAPS and Harris Poll shows that 56 percent of voters want the Republican Party to continue to have a majority in the Senate.

The two organizations surveyed 2,205 registered voters between Nov. 17 and Nov. 19, and more than half support continued Republican control of the Senate, compared to 44 percent who want the Democrats to become the majority party in the Senate.

There are 100 seats in the U.S. Senate, and the Republicans are leading 50-48, with two seats in Georgia causing concern.

U.S. Election Facilities May Be Vulnerable Legislators and Experts Have Been Warned Years Ago

For years, U.S. lawmakers, cybersecurity officials, and panelists have warned the public about the vulnerability of U.S. election infrastructure and the threat of foreign and domestic interference in U.S. elections.

The legislators noted that each of these vendors is owned or controlled by these private equity firms. “A “chronic disregard for security for the sake of convenience” has left voting systems across the United States “vulnerable to security problems.

The lawmakers are also concerned about the expansion and influence of private equity capital in the election technology industry and other sectors of the economy, and that these issues “threaten the integrity of our elections.

Pennsylvania Judge Dismisses 216 Illegal Ballots After Lawsuit by Assembly Candidate

A judge in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, ruled Monday (Nov. 23) that the state Board of Elections may not count more than 200 disputed ballots.

Judge Harry F. Small overturned the Westmoreland Board of Elections’ permission to count 204 questionable ballots that “had voter signatures on the polling books but no other identification was submitted. At the same time, the judge ruled that the board’s decision to “allow” nine disputed ballots in the Derby Township-Cokeville Precinct to be counted was also overturned.

The Board of Elections had previously decided to invalidate three ballots from another district, a decision that was affirmed by the judge.

Security Experts: Conclusive Evidence of U.S. Election System Compromise

Russell Ramsland, a partner at Allied Security Operations Group, testified in a deposition that his firm found conclusive evidence of a vulnerability related to the Dominion voting system. The affidavit is part of an election-related lawsuit filed by the Trump team in Georgia.

In his testimony, Rasmussen said the Joint Security Operations Group conducted an 18-month investigation of major U.S. electronic manufacturing services (EMS) providers, including Dominion and its Premier subsidiary. The investigation found numerous vulnerabilities in the (voting) system that could invite hacking and deliberate data manipulation.

President of the Chinese Conservative Union of Michigan: Media Blocks Free Speech

Last Saturday (November 21) in Lansing, Michigan’s capital city, a large number of people once again held a peaceful rally. Gray Yang, president of the Chinese Conservative Alliance of Michigan, has been in the United States for 27 years.

He said, “In the last few years, I’ve seen a gradual erosion of freedom. I’ve witnessed people who can’t even speak their minds. They’ve been attacked by the left for simply expressing their opinions, or they’ve been fired for simply saying, ‘Trump is my president. This is the kind of fear I see only in China.”

“We’ve seen mainstream social media Twitter, Facebook, and Eventbrite all cancel announcements for this event on their platforms simply because they don’t like different opinions. My point is, when you don’t have freedom, you don’t have anything. Absolutely nothing,” Mr. Young said.

Ahead of Presidential Election, Smartmatic Executives Travel from U.S. to Taiwan

Smartmatic also has a research and development center in Taiwan, and in 2010 established Julius Baer International Technology Co.

According to public records, Smartmatic’s chairman is Jorge Vasquez, who is registered in Taiwan. As far as we know, Smartmatic is registered in the U.S. in Florida, and Jorge Vasquez is also the executive vice president of the company.

In addition, according to information from sources, before November 2, also on the eve of the U.S. presidential election, Smartmatic company executives from Florida to Taiwan, the reason behind it has yet to be verified.

Orange County residents: Today is like the Battle of Lexington

California citizens have been protesting for months, uninterrupted since the outbreak of the epidemic in March, and on the afternoon of November 22, civic organizations held a speaking rally at Nixon Park in Yorba Linda, Orange County, where people spoke out in support of President Trump and demanded an investigation into election fraud.

Alan, a participant in the event, said, “President Trump and his team are fighting a battle that reminds us of the battles at Lexington and Concord in 1775 and the American Revolutionary War, and we face the same dire situation. Now let’s turn back to Eugene McCarthy, who was right, Marxism has been encroaching on schooling and the media for decades, while we all slept.”
