Biden wants to reduce emissions by half: the U.S. public red meat to reduce 90% can only eat a burger a month

The Gateway Pundit reports that Biden pledged on Friday, April 23, to reduce U.S. carbon emissions by at least 50 percent by 2030. Biden’s climate pledge, according to studies by various U.S. think tanks, will mean huge lifestyle changes for Americans, requiring a massive reduction in meat consumption and the purchase of expensive electric cars.

According to a study by the University of Michigan’s Center for Sustainable Systems, if every American ate only 4 pounds of red meat per year, or 5 grams per day, a 50 percent reduction in diet-related greenhouse gas emissions could be seen in 2030. This means that Biden’s ambitious plan would force Americans to cut not only 90 percent of red meat in their diets, but also to cut their consumption of other animal foods in half. Figuratively speaking, only one average-sized burger per person per month.

According to Biden’s Marxist climate plan, the University of Maryland School of Public Policy has made estimates that more than 65 percent of new car and SUV sales and 10 percent of new truck sales would need to be electric, and the average price of a new electric vehicle is $55,000, not cheap. Currently, electric vehicles account for about 2 percent of new passenger car sales.
