Xi Mingze’s personal information was leaked, and Niu Tengyu, a member of the “Vulgar Wiki” operation and maintenance staff, was framed as the main culprit and sentenced to 14 years.
The “vulgar wiki” case, which is of international concern, as the defendant’s lawyer had expected earlier, the court has secretly conducted the second trial and will deliver the verdict on Friday (23rd). Insiders revealed that the second trial will uphold the original verdict. The case involved the leaking of personal information about Xi Jinping’s family, which led to the imprisonment of 24 netizens, including the 20-year-old “main culprit” Niu Tengyu, who was sentenced to 14 years in prison in the first instance and was rumored to have been tortured to extract a confession while in custody.
Zhang Shuming, the judge of the second trial at the Guangdong Maoming Intermediate Court, informed lawyers in the case two days ago that the case will be sentenced directly this Friday (23rd) and that lawyers and family members are prohibited from appearing in court. Insider sources revealed that the court of second instance will uphold the verdict of the first trial.
In the first trial verdict, Niu Tengyu was sentenced to 14 years in prison and a fine of 130,000 yuan on three counts.
Niu Tengyu’s defense lawyer Bao Longjun said that all the lawyers who represented the case and the defendant’s family were under the control of the state security. He and his lawyer Wang Yu, who also represented the case, ignored the warning of the state security and rushed to Maoming, Guangdong on Wednesday night (21).
Bao Longjun said: All the lawyers were restricted by the local police station and state security, and were not allowed to come to Maoming to attend the sentencing; the parents were also restricted, and they could not come; in the afternoon, he suddenly received a phone call from Zhang Chi, the judge of the Niu Tengyu case, who said that your application for recusal of Zhang Shuming was rejected. Wang Yu received another call from the clerk Chen Ye, telling Wang Yu that the verdict would be delivered tomorrow in the first courtroom of the Maonan Court. Wang Yu said, “You do not hold court, how to pronounce the sentence ah?” She had nothing more to say, and Wang Yu told her, “I want to file a complaint against you.”
The station has learned that Tianjin State Security will arrive in Maoming, Guangdong in the evening to forcibly take Wang Yu and Bao Longyu out of Maoming. Friday’s verdict is expected to be a rare scene without the parties, lawyers and family members in court.

Bao Longjun also revealed that the court informed the lawyers that the case was “Niu Tengyu and Xiao Yanrui black evil forces case”. Bao Longjun believes that every charge in this case is ridiculous.
Bao Longjun said: this case is a false case, a fake case, a fabricated case of “evil forces group”, the unrelated children into a “gang”, many children NiuTengYu do not know, those children have a few two know NiuTengYu, the rest of the children even NiuTengYu is a “gang”. How can he be a “criminal gang” when the rest of the children don’t even know who Niu Teng Yu is?
Xiao Yanrui, the founder of “Vulgar Wiki” who now lives in Japan, protested the official “black and evil forces” accusation. He believes that the authorities are using this to suppress the new generation of the Internet, and that the bigger black hand is coming from a higher level, so the outcome of Niu Tengyu’s second trial is worrying.
Xiao Yanrui said: “The term “black and evil forces” is completely untenable, the whole process is completely dehumanizing, and there is no basis in law. At the time, we thought it was the local Maoming authorities who did this, but now we believe that it is not just the local Maoming authorities themselves, but the entire state apparatus that is persecuting the 24 people involved in this case, and that the state apparatus is being unreasonable because the upper echelons of the Chinese government must be supporting this kind of behavior to prevent people from stealing the information of high-ranking officials in the future, and they are also afraid that their property and children’s information overseas will be exposed. exposed.

Niu Tengyu’s mother denounced the joint efforts of Guangdong’s public prosecutors and law enforcement agencies to fabricate an unjust case as a “high-class blackout” of the Communist Party’s top leader Xi Jinping. She vowed to fight for her son to the end.
Niu Tengyu’s mother said: “Our child is too innocent, if not acquitted, I can’t accept it, next I will continue to defend my rights to the end, as long as I am still alive, I will defend my rights to the end, I am not afraid of its death threats. I believe that one day President Xi will know the truth. President Xi once said, “Strive to make the people feel fair and just in every judicial case”, and the people handling the case are obviously doing something wrong.
Mr. L, the editor-in-chief of the overseas website “Vulgar Wiki”, who initially disclosed information about Xi’s family, once again made it clear that he was willing to take responsibility for the leak of Xi Mingze’s personal information and demanded that the Chinese authorities immediately release Niu Tengyu.
Dozens of calls were made to the offices of the Guangdong Maoming Central Court, the Procuratorate, the Central Inspection Group in Maoming, and to the cell phone of the judge of the second trial, Zhang Shuming, but all went unanswered or were simply hung up.
In May 2019, the overseas websites “Red Bank Foundation” and “Chinawiki” exposed the personal information of Xi Jinping’s daughter Xi Mingze and brother-in-law Deng Jiagui, and in June of that year, the Chinese Communist Party’s Ministry of Public Security set up a task force, but the Guangdong Maoming Internet police put the mainland’s domestic In June of that year, the Chinese Communist Party’s Ministry of Public Security set up a task force, but the Guangdong Maoming Internet police arrested 24 members of “Vulgar Wiki” in mainland China. They alleged that they were tortured to extract confessions while in custody.
