Trump speech: confident to help the Republican Party win back the two houses and the White House

Trump delivered the keynote address and closing remarks at the Republican National Committee’s elite summit at Sea Lake Estates on Saturday night, FoxNews.com reported. The meeting consisted mainly of Republican donors.

In his speech, Trump highlighted the performance of his administration, saying, “Under our leadership, the Republican coalition has won thousands of new voters. We’ve turned the Republican Party into a party that truly fights for all Americans.”

“I stand before you tonight with confidence that in 2022 (midterm elections) we will welcome back the House and Senate, and then in 2024, a Republican candidate will win back the White House.”

He added, “The key to future victories will require us to build on the amazing accomplishments we’ve made over the last four years.”

In his speech, Trump also attacked the current administration’s “culture of abolition” philosophy, proposed gun control policies and, in particular, the record-breaking influx of illegal immigrants at the U.S. southern border. He argued that illegal immigration would help the Republicans win the 2024 election.

The current problem of illegal border crossing is worse than at any time since 2006,” he said. With this one issue alone, we could win the House, the Senate and the White House. This problem is one of the worst self-inflicted disasters in the world. By appointing Kamala Harris, a liberal who holds a radical open borders philosophy, to head U.S. border security, Biden has sent a loud message to all illegal immigrants: America’s borders are now open for illegal entry.”

Trump also reiterated his America First philosophy and his pledge to help Republicans win back the House, Senate and White House.

Trump criticized companies such as Delta Air Lines, Coca-Cola and the National Basketball Association’s All-Star Game (MLB) for retaliating against the state of Georgia because of its opposition to the state’s new campaign bill. Some media outlets said that it was the small businesses in the state of Joe that were hurt the most by the withdrawal of these companies from the state.

Trump mentioned that while U.S. presidents have always delivered joint session speeches in the first weeks of their inauguration, Biden has not been doing so because Biden is hiding from the American people.

Trump said, “The fake news doesn’t want to admit this, but Biden doesn’t have the energy, the ability and the stamina to deliver a (joint session) speech or face the American people.”

The report said that although Trump is not in the White House for a second time, he still has considerable authority in the Republican Party and is considering running again in 2024 and turning his Sea Lake estate into a base for Republican gatherings. The weekend meeting was originally held in a Palm Beach hotel, and attendees were bused to the Sea Lake estate on Saturday evening to hear Trump’s speech.

Trump’s senior adviser, Jason Miller, said Trump remains a central figure in the Republican Party. The evening’s speech was Trump’s welcome address to Republican donors who came to the Sea Lake estate. He said Palm Beach, Florida, will be the new center of political power for the Republican Party, and that former President Trump will be the best spokesman for the party.

In addition, several Republican candidates preparing for the 2024 U.S. elections, such as Florida Governor Gov. Ron Desantis, South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem and Arkansas Senator Tom Cotton, also attended the day’s Conservative National Committee Summit and gave speeches.

Other speakers at the summit included House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, Florida Senators Rick Scott and Marco Rubio, and Southern California Senator Lindsey Graham, among other Republican leaders.

However, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell and House Republican No. 3 Dick Cheney Jr. did not attend the summit.
