A case of great concern to Americans is the death of African-American man Floyd. The murder case, which sparked massive protests and turned into a vandalism and murder terror campaign, now has 2 new pieces of evidence. If proven true, it could turn the case around completely.
During the 5th trial, Nelson, the lawyer for the police officer involved, said that one of the most important details in the Floyd case was the length of time the neck was pressed with his knee. Previously, outsiders have said that Shawn pressed 9 minutes and 29 seconds, this has not been questioned. But Nielsen mentioned a “camera visual misalignment” problem.
What is “visual misalignment”? I’ll give you a simple example. TV and film often appear to draw people’s mouth shots, some are panoramic, you can see the action of pumping each other. But sometimes we see part of the picture, there is a problem.
Because this time the so-called mouth pumping, it is likely to use the “visual misalignment” to create the illusion of “pumping mouth”, but actually did not really hit. Generally this time the camera position is in the side, that is, in a person’s side and rear shooting. Then the person hitting the person to make the action of pumping the mouth, the person being hit a clap hand to make a “pop” sound, while quickly put his hands over his face, and make the head beaten action, then the picture, people see is pumping the mouth, very realistic.
Forbes News reported that after Nelson’s attorney introduced the concept of “camera misalignment,” two 30-second videos were shown in court, taken at the same time by Frazier, an eyewitness, and Kuhn, a fired police officer, with the difference being that they were taken from different angles.
From the eyewitness’s perspective, it appeared that Shawn was pressing on Floyd’s neck, but the video taken by the police officer showed that Shawn’s knee was pressing on Floyd’s shoulder blade.
Nelson asked Minneapolis Police Station Aradon about the footage at the time, “Would you agree that the footage taken from Officer Kuhn’s body camera shows that Shawn’s knee was more like Mr. Floyd’s shoulder blade?”
Aladon replied, “Yes.” He said it was the “first time I’ve seen video of a knee on a shoulder blade. Nelson then reiterated his earlier point that “Shawn is not guilty of the murder, manslaughter charge.
One more thing about this case. Yesterday (7), the American conservative website “Gateway Pundit” reported that Shawn’s lawyer also showed an audio clip showing Floyd saying “I took too many drugs” after he was taken under control.
In court, prosecution witness Jody Steiger said the police should not have used force against Floyd. Nelson then rebutted that the video showed the three officers initially asking Floyd to sit in the back seat, but Floyd did not comply, so the three officers had to use restraints on him.
Nielsen then courtroom played footage of Floyd allegedly admitting to using an overdose of drugs. The raucous scene, he added, naturally drew the attention of the police.
WebGate experts reported that Floyd’s autopsy showed that he was involved in deadly methamphetamine and fentanyl. Methamphetamine is what we commonly refer to as methamphetamine.
Nielsen said, “The evidence suggests that Mr. Floyd died from hypertension, coronary artery disease, ingestion of methamphetamine and fentanyl, and an arrhythmia caused by the adrenaline flowing through his body.”
It is unclear whether the court admitted the two pieces of evidence offered by Nelson’s attorney, and if they prove to be true and are admitted by the court, then it is likely that Shawn and his two fired co-workers will regain their freedom.
Let’s see what happens next in this case. If Shawn and the others regain their freedom, then a series of questions follow. For example, what about the protests sparked by this case that were kidnapped by Antifa and developed into a campaign of vandalism and terrorist violence that spread across the United States? Biden, Pelosi and others kneeling to the Black Lives Matter noble, will also have to give an explanation? In short, this is a very wide range of issues involved.
