In the afternoon of April 5, Jin Deqiang drove his car to haul goods through the Jiangjiaying Super Station booth in Fengrun District to be inspected, but the vehicle was not overweight after inspection, but the Beidou positioning was detected to be offline, and the car was detained and fined 2,000 yuan.
