Niu Tengyu, who was named by police as the “mastermind” in the case of Xi Jinping’s daughter’s personal information leak, was tortured to extract a confession and details of his mistreatment continue to leak out. Niu Tengyu’s lawyer, Bao Longjun, denounced, “These animals”.

In the case of Xi Jinping’s daughter’s personal assets leak, the 20-year-old defender Niu Tengyu, who was named the “main culprit” by the Guangdong police in Maoming, has been abused by the police, and his mother recently revealed to Voice of Hope that Niu Tengyu was tied to a “tiger stool”, a potentially lethal torture device, when he was held in a detention center last year. “The “tiger stool” was tied to a torture device that could kill him in a few minutes, and he was interrogated nearly the whole day, and was stripped naked and waxed and whipped continuously, and went into shock several times during the torture process, and was even taken to the hospital.

Niu Tengyu was only 19 years old when he was tortured. His lawyer, Bao Longjun, recently tweeted, “He’s just a kid, these animals, they’re so cruel!”

Niu Tengyu’s mother also disclosed that while the young men involved in the case were imprisoned in Foshan, they were removed from the “Guangdong Provincial Affairs” system, and many parents suffered from depression, mental illness, and cancer because they could not find their children. …… The children were denied even the most basic human rights, not even toilet paper or toothbrushes. Toothbrush are not provided.

Niu Teng Yu had complained through a letter last month about being abused and forced to make false testimony.

Bao Longjun has recently filed a lawsuit in Niu Tengyu’s place against the Guangdong police for forcing him to give a confession that left his right hand disabled, and has filed a petition to have the first instance verdict vacated and sent back for retrial.

The case was sparked by the disclosure of the personal information of Xi Jinping’s daughter Xi Mingze and brother-in-law Deng Jiagui by the overseas Red Bank Foundation and the website Chinawiki. The public security officials in Maoming, Guangdong Province, who were responsible for the case, allegedly failed to catch those exposed overseas and arrested 24 young people as “scapegoats” and sentenced them to prison.

As the case fermented, the local police tortured to extract confessions, submitted shady documents, pressured lawyers, and threatened parents who cried out for justice, and other shady practices were exposed.
