U.S. columnist: Trump may enter the House of Representatives in 2022 as Speaker

Former U.S. President Donald Trump gave his first speech at CPAC since leaving office on Feb. 28.

U.S. columnist Paul Bedard, writing in the Washington Examiner on Monday, April 5, made a surprising statement. He believes that former U.S. President Donald Trump (Trump) is likely to enter the House of Representatives with the support of Republicans and become Speaker of the House in 2022.

Paul spoke of Trump’s aides saying that Trump is currently focused on helping Republicans win in the 2022 election. He said, “In order to help Republicans regain the majority in the House, there are growing calls to set Trump as Speaker of the House under the rules.”

Paul also said that because of Trump fans’ unwavering support for the former president, his tremendous appeal and favorability among voters make him the most suitable candidate for speaker of the U.S. House.

Paul is not the only one who thinks Trump is expected to be the Speaker of the House, as Phyllis. Slavery. Ed Martin, president of the website Phyllis Schlafly Eagles, also said the House race needs Trump voters. He said, “It’s possible to have Donald Trump as speaker. Trump as speaker, and if it works, conservative voter turnout will explode.”

In addition, Trump’s daughter-in-law, Lara Trump. Trump (Lara Trump) recently asked Trump in an interview whether he intends to participate in the 2024 presidential election. And Trump showed openness to running again in the U.S. presidential election, saying at the time, “There’s real hope, I’m telling you, you do have hope.”
