The Chinese Communist Party is currently mobilizing the entire population to get vaccinated, but many people are reluctant to do so because of concerns about the quality of domestic vaccines. The local government has made vaccination a political task and turned voluntary vaccination into forced vaccination, and grassroots officials have even threatened people to recognize the situation.
Community women’s director: avoiding this time but not next time
According to the people of Jiamusi, Heilongjiang Province, Mr. Zhang disclosed that a newly appointed woman director of a local community, because there is still a part of the vaccine left to be played, she threatened the local residents, saying, “Listen up, this time the new crown (Chinese Communist virus) vaccine requires everyone to play, you do not play this time, the next time must also be played. If you don’t do it, you have to do it next time.”
Jiamusi Yonghe Hospital is one of the local vaccination sites, and according to Mr. Zhang, a community notified all enrolled vaccinators in their area to get vaccinated, and that vaccinators needed to bring questionnaires, informed consent forms and ID cards, and that only one morning was scheduled for vaccination.
The community official also said that all can be vaccinated without major diseases, including women who are breastfeeding can still feed their babies. The official said, “With our volunteer staff online, don’t have any concerns, the inactivated vaccine is still very safe.”
No photos allowed to post to friends during vaccination
Mr. Chen in Heilongjiang disclosed to the Epoch Times that some local communities send vaccinators a day’s notice of precautions in advance, including not to drink alcohol or eat seafood at night and to read over or sign the informed consent form for vaccination in advance. The communities also asked them not to take photos and post them to their friends during the vaccination period.
Fearing a temporary change of heart among the vaccinated population, the community also intimidated them on the morning of the vaccination saying, “No going, the vaccine is dead set and cannot be returned to the county, and the personnel roster is also reported to the county. Electronic information has been backed up.”
He also described what commitments some places had to sign. Some villages were notified that they were vaccinated at locations with less commitment letters, and villagers were asked to take them away and give them back immediately; they even scared villagers that they couldn’t reconcile and register, counting them as white knuckles.
“Some places have this requirement of a commitment letter, some do not, it is said to be different everywhere, but mandatory vaccination is common.” Mr. Chen stressed.
Communities scare people into recognizing the situation
According to Ms. Li, an informed person in Jiamusi, who spoke to the Epoch Times, the local town government met to pass on three main points regarding vaccination, including that those who cannot be vaccinated should go to the hospital to open a certificate; that vaccination is now free and that future vaccination will be at their own expense; and that information on vaccination is put into a health code.
She said the local community also sent a notice threatening the public that “this vaccination is mandatory, that is, vaccination must be given, and that measures will be introduced in the future to guarantee universal vaccination”, asking the public to “understand the situation and not to take a chance”. “The company’s main goal is to provide a comprehensive range of products and services to the public.

Police directly down the community to ask residents to fill out information
Ms. Li also told the Epoch Times that the director of the local Zhixing community in the Xiangyang district of Jiamusi is very diligent in implementing the CCP’s policies and has been named a so-called advanced. This time, for the vaccination issue, police officers from the Public Security Bureau’s direct administration were allowed to enter the community grid. Three police officers were seen holding forms for residents to fill out information.
“Another part of that community are medical professionals, and many of them also don’t want to be vaccinated domestically, mainly because they are worried about the quality of domestic vaccines, and some prefer to pay out of pocket for high-priced foreign vaccines, thinking there might be some quality assurance that way.” She said.
Companies coerce employees to leave their jobs without vaccines
Under pressure from local Communist Party governments to force vaccination, some companies have also coerced employees not to go home without vaccination. Mr. Wang of Jiamusi also said helplessly that now there is a full range of mobilization for vaccination, “Not only do communities call for vaccination, but children’s schools also call for vaccination, and the higher management of the place where you work also requires you to get vaccinated. My God! People said, do not fight can, you should not stand in this position. If you’re so forced, you can’t even fight, what should I do?
He was dissatisfied: “They are forcing to fight like this, so they are forcing the people to take vaccines with a knife and a gun, is that what they mean?”
This is the first time that the villagers will be blacklisted for not taking the vaccine,” said the news that the town of Wanning, Hainan Province, recently posted a notice listing the five consequences of not taking the vaccination, and even the future of children’s schooling, work, military participation, housing construction will be affected.
The public: Xi Jinping vaccination of the vaccine?
The local Jiamusi also recently circulated a paragraph related to vaccination. When a market supervisor recently mobilized employees of stores to get vaccinated “voluntarily,” one employee asked, “Does the government want people to get vaccinated voluntarily, or is it mandatory?”
The market employee began by saying that it was voluntary, but then said, “If you don’t get the vaccine, it will be mandatory.”
When the employee turned on his cell phone and prepared to record, he said to the market personnel, “My cell phone is turned on to record, please say again, are you (Chinese Communist government personnel) pushing vaccination on the people, is it voluntary, or is it mandatory?”
The market staff hurriedly said, “Don’t record, don’t record, it’s voluntary” and hurriedly left. Someone at the scene said, “I’d like to ask them, did Xi Jinping get that vaccination?”
