Ruili is located on the southwestern border of China, adjacent to Myanmar’s port city of Muse, with a borderline nearly 170 kilometers long, including 105 kilometers of rivers and 65 kilometers of land. According to official data from the Communist Party of China, the number of people entering and leaving the port exceeded nearly 17 million in 2019.
