At around 9 a.m. yesterday (March 31), Li Yanxiang, a petitioner from Shandong province, was in line at the entrance of the State Bureau of Letters and Calls when she sent a video saying she found that people who had intercepted her had mixed in with the line of petitioners. About 30 minutes later, Li Yanxiang was kidnapped and did not return Home until after 11 p.m. that night. Li Yanxiang escaped from the interceptors only two days ago.

“The backyard of the State Bureau of Letters and Visits has a shed for intercepting visitors.”

The disabled person Zhu Qiangqiang said in the rights group, “They (interceptors) dare to openly take Li Yanxiang away secretly in the Bureau of Letters and Visits. Every one of us goes to the State Bureau of Letters and Visits, and the security guard tells you to take your ID card and go with him, then there is a problem because there is a special shed for intercepting visitors behind that gatekeeper of the State Bureau of Letters and Visits, and the security guard takes the visitors in, and then there are local police officers who take the visitors away.”

Li Chunxia, who has been in contact with Li Yanxiang, said, “When I spoke with Li Yanxiang, she told me that she was illegally carried by the leaders of Pingdu City to a small tin house next to the State Bureau of Petitions and Visits, and then I heard her shout, ‘Murder to silence!’ The call was disconnected.”

Li Yanxiang then sent a recording saying that she was illegally taken to their car by officers from the Qingdao Municipal Office in Beijing. She is then heard saying, “What are you doing? What do you want? Why did you take my phone? After that, the visitors called her cell phone again, but it was already turned off.

Many of the visitors called 110 or 12345 government hotline to report the case, and immediately sent messages in the rights defense group. Yang Huiqin, a citizen, saw the distress messages sent for Li Yanxiang and called Beijing 110 twice to ask for help, but she did not receive a call back, so she called the 12345 hotline to reflect the situation, and was told to call 110 again.

Yang Huiqin said, “Li Yanxiang housing demolition case and was unjustly imprisoned for 2 years and 6 months resulting in paralysis of the lower limbs, may be a time bomb to uncover the lid of the black curtain of Shandong Qingdao demolition.”

That night, Li Yanxiang was brought back to the street office of Daxin Town, Jimo District, Qingdao, and the leaders asked her why she wanted to go to Beijing. She did not return home until late at night, around 11 p.m., and she immediately reported to everyone for safety.

Li Yanxiang said, “This verifies that the State Bureau of Letters and Visits is a place where dirt is hidden, and proves that the State Council’s letter and visit system manipulates China’s public prosecution and law, and manipulates the fate of more than 100 million petitioners in China, causing all petitioners’ problems to drag on for a long time. It has been proven that public security must follow the orders of the Bureau of Letters and Visits and the Beijing Office, the two chief darts. The laws of the country have become a pendulum.”
