Japan says it wants a more thorough investigation into the source of the new crown occurrence

At a press conference on March 31, Japanese Chief Cabinet Secretary Katsushin Kato pointed out that the WHO report on the investigation of the source of the new coronavirus in China released by the World health Organization (WHO) is expected to conduct a new and more thorough investigation to unravel the facts associated with the source of the new coronavirus class.

Fourteen countries, including Japan and the United States, issued a joint statement in the early hours of March 31, expressing “concern” about the World Health Organization’s (WHO) investigation into the traceability of the new coronavirus in China. The statement noted “significant delays in the implementation of the investigation and the lack of access to complete raw data and samples,” questioning the transparency and independence of the investigation.

In addition to Japan and the United States, these countries include the governments of Australia, Canada, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, South Korea, Slovenia and the United Kingdom.
