This morning before 9 a.m., the “Daily Economic News” reporter arrived at the Apple store in Shenzhen’s Yitian Holiday Plaza, where more than a dozen people were already lining up.

As of 18:00 on October 16, 850,000 units of the iPhone 12 were reserved for a single model, up 47% from last year’s iPhone 11 (580,000).
The Daily Economic News reporter noted that most of the iPhone 12 and 12 Pro models ordered from Apple’s website currently have a delivery time of 2 to 3 weeks, and are expected to be shipped in mid to early November. However, in the store, an Apple clerk said the iPhone 12 is in stock and can be purchased directly and without price increases.

The iPhone 12 is the most popular of the four new models this year, and is the preferred choice of most consumers.
