UK unblocking continues to advance Johnson: I want to go to the pub for a drink

Plans to unblock the British nation are continuing to move forward, and British Prime Minister Johnson says he’s ready to go to the pub for a pint.

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson: “In a few days, I can finally go to the barber store and, more importantly, I can walk down the street and, carefully but without hesitation, go to the pub and have a beer.”

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said Saturday (March 27) that, based on current data, it is possible to move forward with a national 4-step plan to unblock the country and bring Life back to normal gradually.

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson: “This change is due to a huge development, the fastest ever spread of vaccines in our country.”

More than 30 million people in the U.K. have already received their first dose of the vaccine, and the U.K. government expects to be able to get Britons a second dose of the vaccine in about three months’ Time.

Resident of Wales, England: “We can’t wait. We knew it was going to rain to get here this afternoon, about an hour’s drive. We just love Tenby Beach and miss it so much.”

After more than three months of closure, Welsh people were finally able to get out and “let off steam” Saturday. It was the first place in the UK to open up the area for tourism. Two families of no more than six people can now gather outdoors.

The four-step national unblocking program began on March 8, when children were allowed to return to school, with stores, hairdressers and outdoor facilities reopening on April 12 and theaters, museums, stadiums and other indoor venues opening on May 17. All other restrictions will be lifted on June 21 if there is no spike in cases of the CCP virus.
