Powell: testimony to be presented in court in the next two weeks

NewsMax, Nov. 20 (UPI) — Trump campaign attorney Sidney Powell said Friday that “within the next two weeks” her team will be able to provide evidence in court on all allegations of election fraud because “we have enough evidence right now.”

Powell told Fox Business Channel’s Maria Bartiromo that there is plenty of evidence now. Powell also refuted a statement by Dominion Voting Systems.

“All I can tell you is that the company may have recently severed or tried to sever ties in some way, and I don’t know how they parse their words, but I can tell you that the company was started in Venezuela with Venezuelan money for the express purpose of rigging the election for Hugo Chavez,” Powell said.

She also claimed that there were people “in the control room” and how they “watched the ballots flip in real time”.

“We now have evidence that during the general election (count), information from the system went out to three or four different foreign countries, all of which may have watched the ballots come in and change digitally in real time,” Powell said. “There is significant evidence of foreign interference in our elections by the worst communist country on the planet.”

Dominion denies all of the campaign’s claims, insisting that it is a nonpartisan U.S. company with no ties to Venezuela or any other country and no ability to monitor the votes in real time, and that all results are “100 percent auditable.”

When Bartiromo asked Powell what was the “most amazing and damning” evidence the campaign had, Powell referred to a young officer “who saw it all done and was there when it was created.

“We’ve got all kinds of evidence, experts, including three professors at Princeton, have (confirmed) that this evidence is mathematically irrefutable, that it all proves the same thing, the evidence of the count watchers who saw the ballots being brought in, who saw the machines being rigged.” She added.
