What you think will determine your attitude, and your attitude will determine your destiny.
Your posture will dictate your mood.
Sprawled out in a chair you will feel tired, upright you will feel energized. Sitting weakly gives you a feeling of weakness, and standing up gives you joy and energy.
Your voice also affects your mood.
When your voice is soft, your mind is calm, and when you speak harshly, you feel angry. When you speak hesitantly, you feel insecure. If your voice is strong and firm, you will be confident.
Your mannerisms, the way you walk, the way you talk, the tone of your writing, all affect your emotions.
By regulating your appearance and demeanor, you can indirectly renew your inner self.
When you do things skillfully and without pressure, you are less likely to get tired, have more energy, and are more likely to be a happy, healthy, and successful person.
