General Election Update 11-20: “Fraud is a Democratic Coup”

New evidence of election fraud continues to mount in the United States, and even honest Democrats have come forward with their own names to reveal that they have been trained to commit election fraud. However, despite the mushrooming of new evidence, many in the mainstream media are still reluctant to actually report the evidence.

In a press conference, Jenna Ellis, senior counsel to the Trump team, accused journalists of failing to serve as “impartial jurors. She reminded reporters that it is the truth, not personal opinion, that matters to the media.

For the second day in a row, Trump pointed out that Biden surged by more than 100,000 votes in the early morning hours of election night in the key state of Michigan, President Trump tweeted again on Thursday night (19), sharing a data graph. According to our reporter’s verification, Biden added more than 140,000 votes in seven seconds between 6:31:48 and 6:31:53, while Trump added just under 6,000 votes. Prior to that, Trump had led Biden by 196,706 votes, a gap that quickly narrowed to 61,416.

With the outcome of the presidential election still to be determined, the Republicans have made huge gains in House seats, not only winning all 26 “swing districts,” but also “taking” 36 seats that major political prognosticators believe will be in the Democrats’ pockets. ” by seven. The Democrats had also hoped to take the majority of seats in the Senate. However, the current seat count is 50 (Republican) to 48 (Democrat), with the Republicans having the edge. The best-case scenario for the Democrats is that they are tied with the Republicans 50-50.

The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs and Finance Committees released new reports on the Biden family’s offshore dealings scandal. The new report states that longtime associates of Hunter Biden received $6 million from Chinese Communist Party-related businesses, which is new evidence that the Biden family may have had financial dealings with the Chinese Communist Party.

The following is a live update of the state-by-state voting on Election Day in the United States.

Trump Summons Michigan GOP Leaders to White House Meeting

The Associated Press reports that Trump has summoned the Republican leaders of the Michigan Senate and House of Representatives to a meeting at the White House on Friday. Two Republicans, Michigan Senate Majority Leader Mike Shirkey and state House Speaker Lee Chatfield, will meet with President Trump at the White House, the Associated Press said, citing sources with knowledge of the meeting.

The Trump team alleges massive election fraud in a number of key swing states, including Michigan, in the 2020 election. Prominent attorney Sidney Powell said Thursday that entire elections in all swing states should be overturned. President Trump has won a landslide victory, and the legal team will prove it.

California Assemblyman: Biden should wait for recount

California Congressman Devin Nunes says that Democratic presidential candidate Biden should join President Trump in working to ensure that every vote was legitimate and await the results of the recount in this election.

In an interview with the Chronicle, Nunes said the false media reports make it seem like this election is over, but it’s not, and we need to certify the results to make sure we have a free and fair election.

Floyd County, Jo. fires head of election board

Trump: Will use counting curve as evidence in court Election is a hoax

On Friday, President Trump retweeted scholar Justin Hart’s tweet, which shared dubious voting data from Michigan, where Biden suddenly surged by 134,886 votes at 6:31 a.m. on Election Night.

To which Trump said, “Will present these data sheets to the court, this election is a sham!”

Within minutes, Trump also retweeted yesterday’s lawyer press conference and commented, “Fraudulent election!”

Missouri Republican Committeeman: Democrats encourage trouble at my house

After two Republican members of the Wayne County, Michigan, counting committee, Monica Palmer and William Hartmann, were decertified, the Trump team announced that it was dropping the lawsuit, but the two Republicans made shocking revelations: that they had been subjected to “manhunting” and coercion by the Democratic Party.

Monica Palmer said that Democrat Ned Staebler harassed her while attending the certification meeting by revealing her private information online.

“He used his social media platforms to harass me repeatedly, posting my phone number, home address, emails, and encouraging people to come to my house and vent their anger at me,” In an interview with Fox News, Palmer said, “Fortunately, my family supports me 100 percent.”

Trump’s legal team: this election was a pre-planned coup by the Democrats

On Thursday, Trump’s legal team announced to the American people that the massive fraud in the election was a prearranged coup by the Democratic Party and the forces behind it.

Giuliani cited witness testimonies collected by the legal team in different parts of six disputed states, including Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Detroit, Michigan, and Milwaukee, Wisconsin, all of which show the same or similar election fraud.

He pointed out that the election fraud that occurred everywhere was not an “isolated” coincidence, but rather a prearranged coup d’état, “and I think the logical conclusion is that this was a common plan that came directly from the Democrats and their candidate (Biden)…. -coup.” Giuliani said.

Two Wisconsin counties recount ballots, police guard ballots

On Wednesday (November 18), President Trump asked for a recount in Dane and Milwaukee counties in Wisconsin. Staff is preparing for the recount, and the ballots are temporarily in a warehouse under police guard.

Trump lost to Joe Biden in Wisconsin by about 20,600 votes, a margin of 0.6 percent. President Trump filed recount requests for Dane and Milwaukee counties and submitted $3 million for the recount. The three Republicans and three Democrats on the Wisconsin State Board of Elections agreed to the request after a heated debate over the recount and how to respond to the Chinese Communist virus (Wuhan pneumonia).

Giuliani: 220 sworn statements in Michigan

On Thursday (November 19), the Trump campaign held a press conference at which former New York City Mayor and attorney Rudy Giuliani revealed that there are 220 sworn statements exposing election fraud in the state of Michigan alone.

He blasted the mainstream media for claiming that it was “wrong” to report a lack of evidence of election fraud in key swing states and that the media had failed in its investigative duties. Have the time and energy to find them (sworn statements).”

“It is your job to read the contents of these (sworn statements) and not to incorrectly report (fraud) without evidence. Do you know how many sworn statements we have in the Michigan (election fraud) case? 220. They weren’t all public, but eight of them were public,” Giuliani said.

Australia rallies for Trump’s re-election to protest election fraud

As the fraudulent methods of the U.S. presidential election continue to be exposed, many Australian people have also come out in solidarity with Donald Trump and support legal action to defend the fairness of the election.

On November 20, a rally was held at Martin Square in downtown Sydney, sponsored by the Democratic China Front and the Voice of Australia, calling for a thorough investigation of election fraud, stopping theft of the election, upholding the fairness of the election and supporting the re-election of Donald Trump.

Speaking at the rally, Sophie York, a Sydney barrister and lecturer in law at the University of Sydney, said: “The United States is a beacon of democracy in the world. What happens in America today affects all of us. The United States is Australia’s most important strategic partner, having fought alongside Australia in World War II and having shed blood for world peace.”

She praised the significant achievements of Trump’s administration, “During his four years in office, Trump’s record is remarkable. He has brokered three major Middle East peace agreements, brought prosperity to the United States through tax cuts, and created the highest employment rate in the United States since World War II.”

In response to the election theft that is currently occurring in the U.S., York said, “We witnessed the U.S. election and saw Trump leading in several states; but something strange happened, the scrutineers were not allowed to scrutinize the votes and the ballot software was manipulated by other countries.”

She said the lawsuit filed by Trump’s legal team is very reasonable. She called for a thorough investigation of election theft to ensure the integrity of the election.

Biden Missouri’s early morning surge of 140,000 votes in 7 seconds.

President Trump took to Twitter again Thursday night (Nov. 19) to share dubious voting data from Michigan, where Biden suddenly surged by 134,886 votes at 6:31 a.m. on Election Night.

This is the second day in a row that Trump has rolled out a data-analysis crackpot chart. Trump also shared a data graph on Wednesday that showed that at 3:42 a.m. on election night, Biden suddenly received 143,379 votes in Wisconsin.

According to the New York Times, the reporter verified the real-time vote data on election night and found that at 6:31:48 a.m. in Michigan, Trump received 51.3 percent of the vote; but within seven seconds, it suddenly dropped precipitously to 49.8 percent, while Biden’s vote share rose from 47 percent to 48.5 percent, and then the gap between the two became smaller and smaller, and Biden finally won by a narrow margin. “Leading”.

At 6:31:48 a.m., the total number of votes cast in Michigan was 4,574,555; at 6:31:53 a.m., the total number of votes cast became 4,724,327, an increase of 149,772 votes. Of these, Biden received 141,258 votes, compared to Trump’s 5,968 additional votes, and Biden was 24 times the number of votes Trump received.

Within seven seconds, the Michigan race between Biden and Trump had closed dramatically, with Biden closing the gap with Trump by a sudden 141,258 votes; Trump’s previous lead of 196,706 votes over Biden had quickly shrunk to 61,416.

Subsequently, Biden overtook Trump and remained narrowly “ahead.

Rudy Giuliani, an attorney for the Trump campaign, said at a press conference Thursday that there were 60 witnesses in Michigan alone who testified that the votes were “quickly generated” and that a single vote was counted two or three times.

Rudy Giuliani: Democratic Witnesses Reveal Being Trained to Commit Election Fraud

President Trump’s legal team says American citizens from both parties want to preserve the integrity of U.S. elections, and an honest Democrat has come forward to reveal that he was trained to commit election fraud.

Rudy Giuliani, the team’s lead attorney, said, “There is an honest Democrat in Michigan who revealed that they were cheating.”

Giuliani said the American people have a right to know about election fraud. He said the press should not lie about what the investigation has revealed so far, including that the American people will come forward and share what they know about election fraud.

The witness is Jessie Jacob, who works in Detroit. She (Jacob) was assigned to work the polls in September,” said Giuliani.” “Basically, she was trained in how to commit fraud. She said, ‘My supervisor instructed me to adjust the mailing date of these absentee mail ballots to an earlier date than they were actually sent.'”

Michigan requires the postmark date on mail-in ballots to be earlier than 8 p.m. on Nov. 3 in order to be valid.

Giuliani said, “The superintendent made a proclamation that all workers were engaging in this fraudulent practice.” “That’s not what I said. A U.S. citizen said that in a sworn affidavit.”

Giuliani also said the woman said she saw election workers illegally instructing voters who to vote for.

Jacob said in her affidavit that she directly observed on a daily basis that election workers and employees in the City of Detroit were inducing and attempting to induce voters to vote for Joe Biden and the Democratic Party. She also said that she saw them encourage voters to check all the way from the presidential election to the local level to vote for the Democratic Party.

Giuliani told reporters that much of the evidence was public and that reporters could review it online. While not all sworn testimony is public, hundreds of testimonies have been provided by U.S. citizens.

New Evidence of Hunter Gang Collusion with Chinese Communist Party: $6 Million from Chinese Companies

A Senate committee on Thursday (Nov. 19) released an addendum to the latest report on Hunter Biden’s overseas business dealings and the $6 million deal that could link Joe Biden’s son to Communist Chinese authorities.

The five-page report is a supplement to an investigative report released recently by Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee Chairman Ron Johnson and Senate Finance Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley.

The report focuses on former federal official John Robinson “Rob” Walker, often referred to as “Rob Walker,” who is described as a “longtime business partner” of Hunter Biden.

Walker was also a former business partner of Tony Bobulinski. When Bobulinski recently came forward to confirm Hunter’s “computer-gate” story and provide multiple pieces of evidence, Walker warned Bobulinski not to release information about their business dealings.

“Oh, Tony, you’re going to bury all of us, man.” Walker said, according to a recording provided to Fox News by Bobrinsky.

According to Thursday’s report, Walker worked under presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush and was a key campaign aide to Clinton. He wholly owned Robinson Walker LLC, which the report also cites a May 21, 2017, WhatsApp message provided by Bobrinsky.

The report says confidential records show that on Feb. 23, 2017, and March 1, 2017, a $3 million wire transfer was deposited into Walker’s bank account, each paid for by Shanghai-based State Energy HK Ltd.

The new report says it’s still “unclear what the true purpose behind these payments was and who the ultimate beneficiaries were,” the report says. But the cash transfers “represent a direct link between Walker and the Chinese government and, given his close relationship with Hunter Biden, another link between Hunter Biden’s financial planning and that of the Chinese government,” the report says.

The report concludes that the new record “confirms the links between the Biden family and the Chinese Communist government, as well as between Hunter Biden’s business partners and the Russian government, and further supports the Commission’s September 23, 2020 report’s conclusion that this relationship raises counterintelligence and racketeering concerns.”

Trump Team Suggests Pennsylvania Judges Let Legislature Appoint Electors

On November 18, the Trump team filed a proposed amended complaint in which it recommended that Pennsylvania Federal District Judge Matthew Brann allow the state legislature to appoint electors to vote in the Electoral College.

In the indictment, the Trump team alleges that Pennsylvania’s election process violates the Constitution by holding mail-in ballots and in-person ballots to different standards of validation and transparency.

In its Second Amended Complaint, Team Trump writes: “The Court should order, declare, and/or enter an injunction that the results of the 2020 presidential election are in question and provide for the Pennsylvania legislature to choose Pennsylvania’s electors.”

The lawsuit asks the court to enjoin Pennsylvania from certifying election results or, in the alternative, from certifying mail-in ballots if there are mail-in ballots that do not meet statutory requirements, are not authorized to be repaired, or are cast in violation of the law. In lieu of declaring the ballots invalid, Team Kawakami recommends that the Pennsylvania legislature appoint an elector.

Trump’s team said that a “statistical analysis” would reveal that “more than 70,000 mail-in ballots and other mail-in ballots” counted for Biden were “illegally counted” and sufficient to reverse the election.

Rudy Giuliani, President Trump’s personal attorney, asked the judge at the November 17 hearing if the Trump team could file a new complaint because due process claims were erroneously removed during the amended indictment.

Team Trump also reinstated its claim that Team Trump’s polling place observers were denied “meaningful” supervision of the counting process in violation of due process of law, the Equal Protection Clause, and the Voting and Electoral Provisions. This claim was also removed from the Amended Complaint.

At the Nov. 17 hearing, Giuliani said that election fraud is widespread across the U.S., that it is not an isolated case, and that the case has previously been presented in at least 10 other jurisdictions.

Republicans Win 26 Swing Districts, Take 7 Democratic House Seats

After the U.S. elections, the Republicans made huge gains in the House of Representatives, winning all 26 of the “swing districts” that the Cook Political Report deemed “unsettled. In addition, 7 of the 36 seats that major political prognosticators thought would be in the Democrats’ pocket were “taken” by Republicans.

Prior to the election, congressional Democratic leaders declared that they were confident that they could create a “blue wave” that would expand their majority in the House of Representatives.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-N.Y.) also spoke at the press conference, expressing confidence that Democrats would increase their numbers in the House of Representatives.

However, with the results of the general election vote finalized, the Republicans are likely to take about 15 seats away from the House Democrats. While the Democrats still lead, their majority will be reduced in the 117th Congress, which will convene next January.

In addition, the Democrats had hoped to take the majority of seats in the Senate. However, the current seat count is 50 (Republican) to 48 (Democrat), with the Republicans having the edge. The best-case scenario for the Democrats would be a 50-50 tie with the Republicans, with the Vice President casting the deciding vote.

Trump’s lawyer lashes out at the media: It’s the facts that matter, it’s the truth.

Jenna Ellis, senior counsel to the Trump campaign, spoke out about her views on the media at a heated press conference on Thursday (Nov. 19). She accused journalists of failing to serve as “impartial jurors” in the court of public opinion.

She also reminded journalists that it is the truth, not personal opinion, that matters to the media.

Ellis said that the victory of the Trump-Biden campaign will be decided by the courts — and we don’t know who won yet.

She said, “I believe that what you’re going to hear tomorrow in the fake news papers is only going to be one of two things: either we don’t present enough evidence, or we take too long to say it.”

“So what you’re hearing now is basically an opening statement. What you can expect is that we’re going to have a full trial, where we’re going to present evidence to prove our case in court. It’s not an episode of Law & Order where everything is done in 60 minutes.”

Ellis also said that journalists who “ignore” the widespread allegations of voter fraud have “obviously” never been court reporters, because it takes time to produce proper evidence.

Ellis also told journalists who ignored or dismissed the allegations to look in the mirror.

She noted, “If your fake news media isn’t reporting this, or won’t allow you to report it fairly and accurately, you should ask yourself, ‘Why? This is definitely a legitimate lawsuit with a legal basis.”

She said, “Your media should cover this fairly and should know that the integrity of the election is at stake, as well as the future of our country.”
