National Pulse has exclusively disclosed that Peter Daszak, a WHO investigator of CCP viruses, has been involved in 25 studies “linked” to CCP entities as an author of the paper, including participation in CCP-funded studies and joint research with military-related researchers.
Datsak focused on mammalian viroids, cross-species transmission of bat coronaviruses and RNA viroids, all of which were funded by the Communist-controlled Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences.
“Fatal porcine acute diarrhea syndrome caused by bat-derived coronavirus” is another of Dazak’s studies, which relies on funding from the National Key Research and Development Program, a five-year plan of the Chinese Communist Party, as well as from the State Key Laboratory of Pathogenesis and Biosecurity.
Dazak also focuses on Sas-like coronaviruses, panda parasites, filoviruses (Filoviridae) and fugon viruses, specializing in ACE2 receptors in these viruses, which are also funded by the CCP’s National Key Research Program and the CCP’s Ministry of Science and Technology.
Another study funded by the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology is Dazak’s paper on the gene pool of bat Sars-associated coronaviruses, specifically using funding from the “100 People Program” of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
The abstract notes that the “Hundred Talents Program” is a major program of the Chinese Academy of Sciences to recruit talented people from overseas.
The Chinese Natural Science Foundation also funded Dazak’s research on “Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome in Bats and Novel Astroviruses in Small Mammals in China” and “Serological Evidence of SARS-Associated Coronavirus in Bats”.
In addition to research funded by CCP affiliates, Daszak has co-authored studies with CCP state-run think tanks and CCP university researchers and scholars.
One study, “Joint U.S.-China Call for Interdisciplinary Approach to Emerging Infectious Diseases,” lists researchers at seven Communist Party-run institutes, including the Second Military Medical University and the Academy of Military Medical Sciences, both of which are under the jurisdiction of the Communist Party’s military.
Dazak focuses on research on wildlife exposure in China, in which Dazak collaborates with the Guangdong Center for Disease Control and Prevention, focusing on wetlands, bat coronavirus spillover, novel bat coronavirus, H9N2 influenza virus, and Fugong virus, with researchers at CCP state-run laboratories.
Six other studies with Dazak as the author focus on zoonotic viruses, rural communities in southern China, natural reservoirs of Sars coronavirus, coronavirus hosts, paramyxoviruses, and the Black Death, all co-authored with state-run think tanks such as the Wuhan Institute of Virology and other university researchers.
The global media has received Datsyak, and his Communist-leaning rhetoric, without question, but has failed to inform viewers and readers of Datsyak’s multiple conflicts of interest in this.
Datsyak, who has donated to Biden and Hillary, specializes in bashing critics of the CCP.
