Judicial Watch disclosed Thursday that it had received emails from the National Institutes of health (NIH) interacting with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and the WHO, and found that the NIH had caved in to the CCP’s terms in developing the confidential forms.
Judicial Watch and the Daily Caller News Foundation (DCNF) received the documents from the U.S. Department of Health. The documents include 301 pages of emails and other records from Dr. Fauci and Dr. H. Clifford Lane.
The documents indicate that officials at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) customized the confidential forms under the terms of the Chinese Communist Party. The email records also show that the WHO conducted an unpublished, “strictly confidential” epidemiological analysis of the CCP virus in January 2020.
Dr. H. Clifford Lane is the deputy director for clinical research and special projects at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, part of the National Institutes of Health. The emails also show that an independent journalist in China pointed out to Dr. Lane that the Chinese Communist Party’s Wuhan virus figures were inconsistent.
The newly disclosed emails also include a conversation between Dr. Lane and Mansuk Daniel Han, a WHO technical officer, on February 14-15, 2020, about confidential forms. Mr. Han wrote: “This Time the confidentiality form was customized according to the terms of the CCP, so we cannot use the previous form.”
On Feb. 13, 2020, WHO sent briefing packets to officials from the National Institutes of Health who traveled to China, asking the U.S. officials not to share the information with the public until WHO and the Chinese Communist Party reached an agreement. The message from WHO was, “Please treat this as sensitive information and do not share it publicly until we have reached an agreement to communicate with China.”
These messages are puzzling, writes The Webmaster Expert. Why does the National Institutes of Health in Forsyth need to bend over backwards to accommodate the Chinese Communist Party’s confidentiality clause when it comes to the Chinese Communist virus and the content of the WHO’s “strictly confidential” epidemiological analysis of the Chinese Communist virus?
