Election Update 11-19: “The Biden presidency is a lie.”

Veteran Republican congressman urges Congress to hold immediate hearings to “confirm the integrity of the 2020 election”. Pictured is the Capitol.

With the Trump campaign filing election fraud lawsuits in several swing states, many people are wondering what the Trump team’s strategy is and how they can get back in the game.

Alan Dershowitz, a prominent U.S. attorney, argues that Team Trump is suing under Article II of the Constitution in Pennsylvania, involving millions of votes. He believes that Team Trump has a good chance of winning the case.

Secondly, Dershowitz says that in addition to winning the case, if Biden is still unable to win 270 electoral college votes by mid-December, when the electoral college vote is taken, the outcome of the election will be decided by the House of Representatives, which would be advantageous to President Trump because there are 50 states in the U.S. and Trump can be expected to win the vote in the House of Representatives as long as 26 of them are in favor of Trump, which Republicans currently control in the House.

In Georgia, hand-counting is in full swing. However, a number of witnesses have identified numerous irregularities in the process, including the counting of Trump votes for Biden, as well as a large number of suspiciously “brand new” ballots that were cast almost exclusively for Biden. Witnesses have videotaped and provided evidence that the Trump team’s attorney, Lyn Wood, has filed an emergency motion in a federal district court in the State of Georgia to enjoin the State of Georgia from certifying the election results.

Recently, Wayne County, which is rumored to have flipped, flipped again on Wednesday, when two Republican ballot control officials said they voted to certify the election results based on a promise of a full audit of suspect ballots. After they learned that the Secretary of State did not intend to conduct a full audit, they then withdrew the certified results. They also said that they and their families were under great threat when they first cast their negative votes.

More details of the Biden family’s dealings with the Chinese Communist Party have also come to light as evidence of election fraud continues to emerge. Republican Senator Chuck Grassley of Iowa and Republican Senator Ron Johnson of Wisconsin have released more details about the Biden family’s overseas dealings. New evidence suggests deeper ties between the Biden family and the Communist regime, in addition to links between Hunter Biden’s aides and Moscow.

The following is a live update of the state-by-state voting on Election Day in the United States.

Trump’s Legal Team Holds Press Conference to Announce More Evidence of Election Fraud and Fraud

Rudy Giuliani, Trump’s legal advisor and former New York Mayor, began the press conference and spoke, saying.

“Vote-by-mail voting is particularly vulnerable to fraud, as Democratic President Jimmy Carter warned us in a report about a decade ago.”

“The number of voter fraud cases in Philadelphia is the number that could fill a library.”

“A few weeks ago, Joe Biden said he had the best voter fraud team in the world and ‘they do a good job,’ but we caught them.”

“Accurately destroyed Fake News, saying they condoned threats of violence against American citizens who claimed to have witnessed voter fraud.”

Kawakami: Covid medication works great, rarely covered by media

“The Covid drugs that are available to cure people work very well, but are rarely reported in the media! Mortality rates have dropped by 85%!”

Kawakami: Evidence of Voter Fraud Continues to Grow

“Evidence of voter fraud continues to grow, including 20,000 deceased people on Pennsylvania’s voter rolls, and thousands of such people across the country. Now, there is a large number of imitation votes cast for Joe Biden.”

Linwood: Truth is Trump won, Biden ‘president-elect’ is a lie.

Linwood, an attorney on Trump’s legal team, expressed his personal beliefs and views on election fraud in a post on Thursday.

“1. When I realized that the members of the Georgia and National GOP were unwilling to take action to expose election fraud, I decided to take action alone as a Joe voter.
I knew I would be under attack. I knew I was a sinner. But God has forgiven me, so I am not afraid of the truth.”

“2. I confront the truth in my life-the good, the bad, and the ugly. I embrace the truth and I live truthfully to the best of my imperfect, best efforts.
I love the truth.
I hate lies.” 3.

“3. The truth is that Donald Trump won a landslide victory.
The lie is that Joe Biden is ‘president-elect’.
I don’t need approval for my actions. I only pray for forgiveness of my sins, up to the point where every lie is exposed.
Thank you for your prayers.
#Fightback for the truth.”

U.S. Constitutional Scholar: Democratic Leader’s Silence on Harassment Chilling

Jonathan Turley, a U.S. constitutional scholar and law professor, sent out a letter condemning Republicans who harassed and intimidated Democrats about Trump’s lawyers and Wayne County’s decertification.

“While it would be difficult to undo such a vote, the silence of the media and Democratic Party leaders on this harassment is chilling. Indeed, Democratic Party leaders have joined in the personal attacks.”

“…some have further threatened officials and their families, and this is a growing phenomenon. Yesterday, I spoke with Republican attorneys who spoke of threats of violence against them and their families. The ‘Lincoln Project’ (the anti-Trump political group of a handful of Republicans) and several attorneys have led the effort to intimidate (Team Trump) attorneys.”

“…as Biden called for unity and healing, he said nothing about the campaign against the Trump lawyers and their clients. No law firm or lawyer has publicly withdrawn their support for the Lincoln Project. (Their) silence is a tremendous sign of the loss of civility and decency we have lost.”

McInerney: Wayne County decertified GOP member suffers racial discrimination charges

White House press secretary and Trump campaign adviser Kayleigh McEnany tweeted that two Republican Party members have been accused of racism and their families threatened.

“Republican members of the Wayne County, Michigan Board of Canvassers withdraw their vote to certify the results of the county’s election!

These two Republican members have been accused of racism and their families have been threatened simply for raising questions about the violations!”

Giuliani: 28 states’ ballots were sent to Germany and Spain

In a Nov. 18 Fox News interview, Rudy Giuliani, a lawyer for the Trump (Trump) campaign, made the shocking allegation that ballots from 28 U.S. states were sent to Germany and Spain to be counted by the Venezuelan firm Smartmatic.

In an interview with Lou Dobbs, Giuliani said, “Our ballots from 27 or 28 states were sent to countries outside the United States.”

Dominion is a company founded in Canada, but the data “was not sent to Canada, it was sent to Germany and Spain, and the company that counted the votes was not Dominion, but Smartmatic, a company that was founded in Venezuela in 2005. The companies that were set up to manipulate elections, they are very good at it,” Giuliani said.

In a Nov. 15 interview, Giuliani provided more details about Dominion Voting Systems, which uses software from Smartmatic and has been involved in national elections in Venezuela as well as elections in other countries such as Argentina and the Philippines.

TRUMP: Georgia will soon turn Republican

“Thousands of uncounted ballots were found in Georgia. The state will quickly turn Republican when the more important signature contest happens. Get it done, Brian Kemp (Governor of Georgia)!”

“The number of rejected ballots in Georgia for this election was almost zero votes cast. In the last few years, (the rejection rate) has been close to 4 percent. That’s not possible. The envelopes must now be checked for signatures. It’s easy to do. The Democrats are fighting because they (fraudulently) got caught. More votes are needed to turn the tide. The Republicans must get tough, Brian Kemp!”

Trump: Important press conference at noon

President Trump announced early Thursday morning the following important press conference for today’s sauce.

“Today the attorneys will hold an important press conference and (we are on the road to) a very clear and viable victory. All the evidence is becoming clearer. Republican National Committee (RNC), 12:00 noon.”

Election Fraud Adds Another Scandal: Paying to Buy Votes for Biden

The Federalist reported on Nov. 18 that some Native American electioneering organizations are distributing gift cards, electronics, clothing and other items to Native American voters in Nevada under the guise of being “nonprofit and nonpartisan,” even publicly stating on their Facebook pages that there are prizes for voting, and sometimes even wearing Biden-supporting clothing to solicit votes.

Such “gift-for-votes” efforts are not limited to Nevada, but organizers have also “conducted similar efforts in Native communities in South Dakota, Arizona, Wisconsin, Washington, Michigan, Idaho, Minnesota, and Texas,” including Give away gift cards and electronics.”

Wisconsin agrees to partial recount

On Wednesday night, the Wisconsin State Board of Elections issued an order for a recount of the ballots cast in Milwaukee and Dane counties at the request of the Trump team.

In a teleconference held Wednesday, the commissioners debated for nearly six hours before finally agreeing to conduct a recount.

The commission’s three Republican and three Democratic commissioners debated for hours on how to conduct the recount, as some argued that the state law mandating the recount was not clear enough. Biden currently leads with 20,608 votes, according to an audit provided by the Wisconsin State Board of Elections.

Trump: Detroit cheating rampant for days

Early Thursday morning, Trump tweeted, “Campaign fraud in Detroit is rampant and has been for a long time.”

Wayne County, Michigan’s largest county and home to Detroit, was caught in a 2-2 partisan deadlock Tuesday night (Nov. 17) when two Republican members refused to certify the results because of an anomaly in vote totals in 70 percent of Detroit’s precincts.

After the two Republican members were threatened, they reversed course within three hours and cast two affirmative votes instead. However, the certification of the election results flipped again, and the two Republican commissioners decided to withdraw their certified votes.

Republican Lawmakers Call for Congressional Hearings on General Election

Senior Republican members of the U.S. House of Representatives, Jim Jordan and James Comer, urged Congress to hold immediate hearings to “confirm the integrity of the 2020 election.

In a letter to House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold L. Nadler and House Oversight and Reconsideration Committee Chairman Carolyn B. Maloney, they said, “We urge you to hold an immediate hearing to examine the fairness of the 2020 election, which currently exists disturbing reports of irregularities and improprieties.”

Joe’s 4th County in Error 9,626 Votes Miscounted for Biden

A counting error has occurred in a fourth Georgia county. During a manual recount in DeKalb County, supervisors discovered that 9,626 ballots were incorrectly counted for Biden.

David Shafer, chairman of the Georgia Republican Party, tweeted on Nov. 18, “A Republican teller found 9,626 ballots that were counted incorrectly. One batch of ballots was counted as 10,707 for Biden and 13 for Trump – an implausible difference by DeKalb County standards. The reality was 1,081 votes for Biden and 13 votes for Trump.”

Fayette, Floyd and Walton counties found some ballots that were not counted on Monday and Tuesday, and the uncounted ballots were all majority votes for Trump. After the errors in those three counties were corrected, Kawakami added more than 1,400 votes.

U.S. Senator: Congress has power to reject state electoral college results

With the outcome of the U.S. election still up in the air, Republican member of the federal House of Representatives Mo Brooks says the final results of the presidential election may need to be produced by invoking the 12th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

“Congress has the absolute power to reject the electoral college votes (results) submitted by any state if we think the state’s election system is so bad that you can’t trust the results they submit to us,” Brooks told the English-language Epoch Times this week.

He said he would not support recognizing the results submitted by any state if it had an election system in place that he could not trust.

Wayne County, Miss. decertification Kawakami: Democrats’ massive cheating found out

The certification of election results in Wayne County, Michigan has flopped again, with two Republican census officials revoking their certified votes.

Wayne County Board of Canvassers Chair Monica Palmer and Board member William Hartmann signed sworn affidavits on November 18 certifying that they had voted the day before to certify the election results only because they were promised a full audit of the ballots… They withdrew their vote to address their concerns. They rescinded their earlier vote after learning that there would be no audit.

Kawakami later tweeted again in the early morning hours of Thursday (19), “Great state of Michigan, couldn’t certify election because the vote count was so much larger than the number of people who voted. The Democrats cheated big time and were caught. The Republicans won!”

U.S. Congressman Reveals More Biden Family Ties to Communist China

On Wednesday (November 18), Iowa Republican Senator Chuck Grassley and Wisconsin Republican Senator Ron Johnson, released more details about the Biden family’s overseas business dealings.

They said, “Their investigation found that a Shanghai company with ties to Huaxin wired millions of dollars to a close business associate of Hunter Biden. And Huaxin was actually an extension of the Chinese Communist Party.” Huaxin is a company founded by billionaire James Ye, who is believed to have close ties to the Chinese Communist Party.

They also cite a Fox News interview with Tony bobulinski, a former business partner of the Biden family. Bobulinski said last month that Joe Biden, the former vice president, and his family had been “coerced” by the Chinese Communist Party.

Pennsylvania Supreme Court Agrees to Review Election Violations Case

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Wednesday (Nov. 18) agreed to hear an appeal by the Trump campaign, which argues that at least 8,300 ballots in the state may have been improperly counted in the 2020 U.S. presidential election.

In its complaint, the Trump team requested a review of the county election board’s count because certain erroneous or irregular ballots were included in the count, including voters’ failure to write their names and addresses on the outside of envelopes, as required.

After the campaign appealed the cases, the Philadelphia County Board of Elections asked the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to “exercise special jurisdiction” because the campaign’s challenge would affect the rights of not only 8,329 Philadelphia voters, but also the rights of voters statewide in this and future elections. The Commission also believes that without urgent action, election officials will not be able to certify election results by the deadline.

U.S. Senator: Joe’s Recount Doesn’t Solve ‘Wacky’ Problem

On Wednesday (November 18), Republican U.S. Representative Rick Allen said that the Georgia recount does not address constitutional concerns and is “wacky.

Allen told Newsmax TV that the constitutional issue facing Georgia’s elections is the need to address the difference in treatment of voter identification between in-person voting and absentee ballots.

“If you vote in person, there’s a different standard, but you have the same protections under the law, so why is the standard for an absentee ballot different than if you vote in person?” Georgia’s federal congressman Allen said.

Allen told host Grant Stinchfield that the Georgia recount failed to address the state’s problem of requiring identification for in-person voters, but sketchy signature verification for absentee ballots.

Allen said, “I don’t think that’s legal, that’s not legal.” He also revealed that some Georgia legislators have written a letter to the Department of Justice investigating the state’s counting of absentee ballots, counting of mail-in ballots, and signature verification procedures.

Georgia recount: witness: trump ballots were counted for biden

Several sworn witnesses in Georgia testified that they witnessed votes cast for Trump being counted for Biden. These testimonies are detailed in an emergency motion filed on the 17th by Lin Wood, an attorney for the Trump team.

Nine sworn witnesses testified that they saw suspicious mail-in ballots that were new, uncreased, neatly and perfectly filled out, and almost all of them were cast for Biden. In one case, all 500 such ballots were counted in Biden’s name, one after another.

Mail-in ballots had to be folded and placed in an envelope, which was odd without creases, and some witnesses said that the ballots were perfectly marked without any circles, as if they had been stamped by a machine or a stamp.

Attorney Lyn Wood filed an emergency motion in a federal district court in Joaquin County on the 17th of April to enjoin Joaquin County from certifying the election results. The emergency motion details these and other cases of unusual performance, illegal activity, and alleged election fraud. Many uncounted ballots were found in at least three counties in the state this week, most of them cast for Trump.

Susan Voyles, a poll manager in Fulton County with 20 years of experience processing ballots, said, “Everything is in disarray.” She recounted her experience in her testimony.

Voyles said ballots usually show signs of having been used, such as handwriting marks, creases and edge wear, but she saw a batch of ballots that were particularly unusual when she counted them at the Georgia World Congress Center on Nov. 14.

“Those ballots were brand new, and the paper texture was different from the rest of the ballots – as if they were intended for absentee ballots but hadn’t been used.” She said, “The ballots were not marked with a place of origin or where they had been previously disposed of.”

“I saw these ‘brand new ballots’ with neatly aligned candidate markings that were unusual and may have even been operated by ballot marking equipment.” Walls said, “When I looked at these ballots, I estimated that about 98 percent of them were for Biden and only two were for Trump.”

That same day, Carlos Silva, who is registered as a Democrat, saw similar ballots in DeKalb County. “I noticed that these ballots were marked to perfection, all voting for Biden. I heard them call Biden’s name about 500 times in a row,” Silva said in his testimony.

Robin Hall also witnessed the same ballots in Fulton County. He said in his testimony, “These ballots are so perfectly filled out that they don’t look like they were filled out at home, as if the presidential candidate had been chosen ahead of time and printed on.”

Debra Fisher witnessed anomalies in some military ballots and overseas ballots as well. “All of the ballots I verified voted for Biden, and many of them were 100% for Biden. I think the military ballots are highly suspect of fraud,” Fisher said.

Three sworn witnesses testified that they saw some of the ballots cast for Trump being placed in the Biden pile and then counted for Biden. One of those witnesses said she recorded the video.

Prominent U.S. Lawyer on Team Trump’s Legal Strategy

As the Trump campaign goes to court over vote fraud in several swing states, many are wondering what the Trump team’s strategy is and what the likely outcome will be. Alan Dershowitz, a prominent U.S. attorney, believes that Trump’s Pennsylvania case is more likely to succeed.

On Monday (November 16), Dershowitz said in an interview with New Tang Dynasty Television that the current lawsuit filed by the Trump team includes two aspects: one is the constitutional lawsuit, such as the lawsuit filed by the Trump legal team in Pennsylvania, and the other is the fraud lawsuit.

In the Pennsylvania lawsuit, the Trump team is arguing that millions of overdue ballots in Pennsylvania should not be counted. Dershowitz said, “This case is a constitutional lawsuit because it’s being prosecuted under Article II of the Constitution, and it involves millions of votes.” He thinks it’s very likely that Team Trump will win this case.

The other is an individual case, a fraud lawsuit filed by an individual, which would require witnesses, evidence, and a trial that would take longer.

Dershowitz believes that the Pennsylvania case has a better chance of success. He says, “If the number of ballots at issue in the Pennsylvania case exceeds the difference in votes between the two candidates, the Supreme Court will hear the case, and that will be favorable to President Trump.”

Dershowitz estimates that cases of alleged fraud in voting system software will take longer to be heard. He said, “Because in a case like this, the plaintiff will need to present evidence, and will also need relevant witnesses, witnesses from the software company, and the plaintiff will also need to establish that there was an unusual period of time during which the votes were counted, and only by being prepared for that can he or she hope to win the case.”

Dershowitz explained that winning the lawsuit is one way for President Trump to win back the election, but there is another way that could occur, which would be in President Trump’s favor if, by mid-December, the electoral college votes are counted and Biden still does not win the 270 electoral college votes needed to meet the winning threshold, and the outcome of the election will be decided by the House of Representatives.

He explained, “Although the House is currently controlled by the Democrats, since there are 50 states in the U.S., Trump is expected to win the vote in the House of Representatives as long as 26 state representatives support him, and Republicans currently have control of 26 states in the House of Representatives.”
