Google has admitted that the problem is with the WebView program that allows the phone to display web content. Google admitted that it was the WebView program that allowed the phone to display web content, and that affected users could uninstall Android System WebView in Google Play and then reboot the phone to temporarily restore normal.
Google said it is known to be a problem with WebView, causing some Android programs to crash, and is doing its best to repair it.
If users have a pop-up App situation, they can uninstall Android System WebView and reboot in the “Installed” item of Google Play “Apps and Games”. If Google Play cannot be launched normally, you can go to “Apps and Notifications” in “Settings” of your phone to check all apps and then uninstall Android System WebView. If Android System WebView cannot be changed, try to disable Chrome browser.
