Refuse to acknowledge Biden’s victory! America’s Largest Militia: Will Follow Founding Fathers to the End

The Oath Keepers, the largest militia in the United States, has announced that it refuses to recognize Democratic presidential candidate Biden as the new leader of the country if he is sworn in on January 20, 2021. “Oath Keepers emphasizes that half of the U.S. population will not recognize the legitimacy of Biden’s election and that the organization will resist him as the Founding Fathers did.

“The Oath Keepers is a 35,000-member conservative armed group made up of current and former military, police, and first responders who have pledged to fulfill the oath all military and police officers take under Article 6 of the U.S. Constitution to “defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

“Stewart Rhodes, founder of the Oath Keepers, recently told Britain’s Independent newspaper, “I think about half the people in this country would not recognize Biden as legitimate. They’re not going to recognize this election.” He pointed out that this means that Biden’s mouth will be closed.

He pointed out that this means that everything that comes out of Biden’s mouth will be considered of no force or effect, and that we won’t recognize as legitimate any law he signs. “We will end up repealing and resisting (unconstitutional orders), as the Founding Fathers (did).”

Rhodes, who served on the staff of Republican former House Speaker Paul Ryan, graduated from Yale Law School, the alma mater of three of the current seven justices of the U.S. Supreme Court.

“Oath Keepers emphasize that they will not obey unconstitutional orders to disarm the American people, conduct warrantless searches, or detain Americans as “enemy combatants” and violate their inherent right to a jury trial.

In the United States, a militia is defined as the right and duty of every free man to take up arms in defense of the liberty, law and order of his country.

In the United States, where freedom of peaceful association exists and the Constitution protects the right to bear arms, federal and state governments cannot outlaw private militias with a blanket order.
