Trump will return to social media “with his own platform” in the near future

On Sunday (March 21), Trump aide Jason Miller said Trump will return to social media in two to three months by creating “his own platform,” which he said will “redefine the game.

Miller told Fox News that Trump will launch his new platform within two to three months and restart social media accounts on the platform, which he said will ‘completely redefine the game’ and attract millions of new users.

After the Jan. 6 congressional event, Trump’s social media presence was comprehensively removed by major media companies such as Twitter and Facebook, and many Trump supporters turned to media sites that support right-wing rhetoric to counter the rhetorical suppression of big business.

Miller said Trump still “has a lot of political clout in the Republican Party. On Saturday (March 20), Julia Letlow, the Trump-backed widow of Louisiana’s congresswoman-elect, won another special election to take her seat in Congress.

Pro-Trump supporters welcomed Miller’s public announcement, with one U.S. netizen commenting, “Conservatives are always looking for a way to express their views without major technical censorship. Trump helped make Twitter what it is today (among prominent social media), and now he will provide the alternative and be the force that destroys it.”

Some right-wing netizens also slammed the Biden administration saying, “If 25,000 armed guards are needed to protect you ‘from Americans’ at the inauguration, and then 6,000 armed guards are needed to act as a garrison in DC, and then walls and fences with wire blades are needed to stay in power, then Your signal shows you are not the legitimate president.”
