6 Note-taking apps to share your feelings about using them

In the past few days, some of my friends have asked me to recommend some cloud-based note-taking tools, so I’ve come up with the following 6 note-taking apps that I’m using.

1. Cloud Notes

Wealthy Cloud Notes is an online word processor from Netease that is highly recommended for its product design and use. It’s an online word that can be saved instantly, with small internal formats and diagrams, and it has separate folders for recording what is shared with others and what is shared by others, so it’s easy to find. Since using Wealthy Affiliate Cloud, the frequent crashes of not saving and losing text in the word no longer happen. There is no limit to the number of terminals you can use. It is the first choice for free cloud notes that can satisfy the basic requirements without buying a membership.

The order of edited folders on Windows is messy on Mac, which is sometimes annoying when you are looking for files. The main purpose of Wealthy Cloud Notes is to record work-related matters.

2. Impressions Notes

Impressions is one of the first cloud notes I used. At the beginning, it was free, and it was great for personal time management, ideas, and document saving, etc. But after it was changed to a membership, I had to pay for a membership because there were too many things stored in it. The free Impressions is limited to two devices and storage capacity, and it’s better than Wealthy Affiliate in terms of experience.

Now I mainly use Impressions to record my personal life growth related matters.

3. Xunfei Quotations

Infinera is known as an input method that was blown to the sky by Lao Luo, and another product of Infinera, Infinera Quotations, definitely deserves to be blown to the sky. It can convert speech into text, especially when you have an idea, type too slowly, and it is inconvenient to record it.

When you are running, sometimes an idea pops up in your head and you are too lazy to pick up the phone to record it, you just need to say something to it, and the mindnote will convert it into text, and then you can modify the typos a little bit; sometimes when you are updating an article, you feel that you can’t keep up with the typing speed or you have other things on hand, you can say directly to the mindnote what you want to write, which not only exercises verbal expression, but also reveals whether the logic of your article is in line with the reading.

4.mindnote

mindnote is a beautiful, simple mind mapping tool. Before the activity appstore is free to download, but now is a charge. It is a very powerful tool for mind mapping. The templates in it can meet the daily use of the map, or you can make your own map template. It’s great for people who have ideas in their head and like to brainstorm, so they can think more clearly.

The inconvenient thing is that there is no way to synchronize on Windows.

5. Graphite Documents

The main focus of Graphite Documents is document collaboration, and although Youdao Cloud Notes is also available, Graphite’s document collaboration experience is much smoother.

The graphite document interface is very simple, which allows you to create documents, share folders, write, and record collaborators’ operation records within a document.

6. Sun Study

Tanning Study

It is not really a note-taking app, but it is included because it takes part of the function of online reading notes.

You can scan the QR code of the book to record the books you have read and bought, and synchronize the books you want to buy with Jingdong and Amazon, and also synchronize Douban book reviews to write reviews and make notes. You can set your own book tags, which is very powerful. Avoid buying a large number of books with no place to store them, and keep track of the books you have read.

Above are 6 of my own commonly used note-taking apps to share with you, and if you also have a good app you are using, you are welcome to recommend it to me.
