Hoh Wei Xiong, 64, has been working in Ijingholuo Banner for a long Time, including working in coal mines, communes and trading companies, serving in the Civil Affairs Bureau of the banner since 1982, as deputy mayor of the Honghaizi Township Government of the banner since 1989, as mayor of the Xinmiao Township Government of the banner since 1990, and as secretary of the Party Committee of Xinmiao Township since 1994.
Hu Weixiong was the director of Mineral Resources Administration Bureau in Ijingholo Banner since October 1996, and six years later, that is, the director of Bureau of Land and Resources of Ijingholo Banner in Ordos City since December 2002, and the deputy secretary of Political and Legal Committee of Ijingholo Banner in Ordos City from February 2007 to December 2007.
In December 2007, Hoh Wei Xiong, then 50 years old, retired, and he was investigated nearly 14 years after his retirement.
