U.S. Border Crisis: Pompeo Criticizes Biden for Wasting Former Administration’s Strong Policies

Former U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo says the Biden administration is squandering four years of strong policies from the previous administration at the expense of U.S. Security and safety. He criticized Biden’s immigration policies for causing a border crisis in the United States.

In a March 10 interview with Fox FOX BESINESS host Maria Bartiromo, Pompeo spoke about the U.S. southern border immigration crisis and the Biden Administration‘s lackluster diplomatic measures toward Iran and China.

Pompeo previously revealed in his own tweet on March 9 about the U.S. border crisis that the number of unaccompanied minors at the U.S.-Mexico border has, in the past two weeks, tripled. It’s simple, he said, “we should know who’s coming in and out of our country.”

According to the conservative U.S. news outlet Newsmax.com on March 11, Pompeo believes the border crisis poses a threat not only to the United States and its southern border, but also to children being trafficked through Mexico.

In a morning interview with FOX BESINESS host Maria Bartiromo on Wednesday, Pompeo said there is a real crisis happening at the U.S.-Mexico border. And the great work done by the previous administration and the entire team was thrown away by the (Biden) administration.

Pompeo said that at the Time he personally worked to create a “stay in Mexico” policy, which was simple, meaning that immigrants who wanted to enter the United States had to stay in Mexico and wait to be evaluated for approval.

That policy, he claims, created the right incentives.” And now, he hears the Biden administration telling immigrants not to come to the border, but “what’s really happening is they’re being allowed to come.” He said this policy of the Biden administration is an incentive for minors (immigrants) to come to the border. It leads to these children being targeted for trafficking, abused by those thugs, and traded for trafficking in horrible ways.
