On November 16, local time, according to local media reports, Georgia Supervisor of Elections Ann Russell’s aide released news that Georgia Early County and Bacon County have completed the recount on the same day, but there is no difference in the results compared to before. A total of 5,217 people voted in Early County, with Trump receiving 53 percent of the vote and Biden receiving 47 percent; 4,668 people voted in Bacon County, with Trump receiving 87 percent of the vote and Biden receiving 13 percent, which is identical to the original results.
Previously, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Rafensperger had said he would have county officials work together to complete a recount by Friday to confirm the statewide election results, as required by state law.
