The U.S. Department of Labor (Labor Department) said today that the U.S. added 379,000 jobs in February and the unemployment rate fell slightly to 6.2 percent, a result that was better than originally expected. The U.S. economy is now gradually recovering from the Epidemic.
AFP reported that it is worth noting that the leisure and travel industry employment opportunities increased significantly. The industry was hit by business restrictions during the 2019 coronavirus disease (Chinese Communist Virus, COVID-19) pandemic, but 350,000 new jobs were added in February.
However, the government also warned that the epidemic continues to impact the labor market.
