U.S. Epidemic prevention expert Fauci speaks at a news conference on April 22, 2020.
Judicial Watch, a conservative watchdog group, recently obtained 301 pages of emails from the U.S. Department of health and Human Services (HHS) exposing the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) for working together to conceal information about the CPC virus outbreak, with the involvement of the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH).
“Judicial Watch and the Daily Caller (DCNF) recently obtained 301 pages of emails, including correspondence between U.S. epidemic prevention expert Anthony Fauci and his subordinate Clifford Lane.
DCNF requested on April 1 of last year that HHS provide emails between Fauci, Lane and WHO officials regarding the CCP virus outbreak, as well as correspondence between them and WHO Secretary General Desai Tan, but the U.S. Department of Health did not respond.
DCNF then filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to obtain 301 pages of emails from the U.S. Department of Health. DCNF has made these emails available on the Internet.
Some of the emails reveal that the CCP and WHO worked together to conceal the CCP virus outbreak, and that Fauci and U.S. Department of Health officials knew about it at the Time.
In a January 20, 2020 email, a WHO official discussed the epidemiological analysis of the CCP virus (COVID-19) they had conducted earlier that month and stated that it was “strictly confidential” and “should not be further disseminated “
An email dated Feb. 14-15, 2020, shows that U.S. Institute of Health (NIH) officials tailored the confidential form to the CCP’s conditions.
The emails consisted of a conversation between Layne and Mansuk Daniel Han, a WHO technical official, about the confidential forms, with Han writing, “This time the forms are tailored to the Chinese (Communist) terms, so we can’t use the previous forms.”
In addition, on February 13, 2020, WHO sent an email to NIH officials referring to the CCP virus outbreak information. WHO asked NIH officials to wait to share the information before reaching an agreement with the CCP.
WHO added to the email “Important: Please consider this information as sensitive and not for public communication until we have reached an agreement with the Chinese Communist Party.”
A March 4, 2020, email from a Chinese journalist pointed out to Lehane that the number of cases reported by the WHO joint China mission did not match the number of cases reported by the Wuhan Public Health Commission.
The journalist pointed out that page 6 of the WHO report says there was at least one clinically diagnosed case of the CCP virus in Wuhan on Dec. 2, 2019; however, from Jan. 11 to 17, there were new clinically diagnosed and confirmed cases in Wuhan every day.
The Daily Caller News Foundation editor-in-chief Ethan. Barton said, “These emails set the tone at the beginning of the coronavirus (CCP virus) outbreak. It is clear that the WHO allowed China (Communist Party) to control the flow of information from the beginning. True transparency is essential.”
“Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, said, “These new emails show that WHO and Fauzi’s NIH have given special accommodation to the CCP’s efforts to control information about the COVID-19 outbreak.”
In early 2020, the outbreak of the CCP virus broke out in Wuhan, where the CCP concealed information about the outbreak from the top down, suppressed eight whistle blowers including Dr. Li Wenliang, and did nothing to prevent and control the outbreak, causing it to spiral out of control and eventually spread globally.
After the outbreak, WHO has been standing up for the Chinese Communist Party and influencing the international community to prevent and control the epidemic in a timely manner. WHO Secretary General Desai Tan was ridiculed as “Secretary Tan” by netizens, and about one million people signed a petition calling for Desai’s ouster.
Former U.S. President Donald Trump criticized the WHO for defending the Chinese Communist Party and failing in its responsibility to maintain international public safety, and therefore announced his withdrawal from the WHO and vowed to hold the Chinese Communist Party responsible for the global outbreak.
However, after taking office, President Biden not only announced that he would stop withdrawing from the WHO, but also paid it $200 million in dues.
