Former President Trump’s second son Eric Trump (Eric Trump) tweeted on the 3rd that he would sell his beachfront Home in Florida for $49 million; Eric bought it from his aunt, retired federal appeals court judge Maryanne Trump Barry, for $18 million in 2018 In 2018, Eric purchased the home from his aunt, retired federal appeals court judge Maryanne Trump Barry, for $18 million, then sold it three years later for $31 million, nearly twice the price.

The home is located near Trump’s private club Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach; according to the Palm Beach Daily News, the owner of the home belongs to “1125 South Ocean LLC, whose president is Eric and vice president is Trump.

The newspaper noted that a local real estate agent, Lawrence Moens, had posted an advertisement for an “exclusive sale” and said the two-story “beach house” (The Beachhouse) was built in 1956. The building was built in the West Indies, with eight rooms, covering 10,455 square feet, or 0.6 acres, and also has 194 feet of waterfront frontage, and is located at the intersection of Woodbridge Road.

The ad does not include Trump’s name, however, and only describes the property as “a well-known and important oceanfront home.

Trump’s sister bought the house in 2004 for $11.5 million and sold it in 2018 for $18.25 million to 1125 South Ocean LLC, whose registered address is in Delaware.

It is estimated that Trump is now in more than $1 billion in debt, and he will need to come up with at least $340 million before he can meet the terms of his repayment obligations with Deutsche Bank for the next few years.

According to Trump’s 2018 ad for rent posted at Trump International Realty, it was for rent at $100,000 a month and included a living room, sunroom, living room and library, with a balcony and pool overlooking the ocean to the east.
