As the “two sessions” of the Communist Party of China approach, governments around the world are intercepting and kidnapping petitioners to prevent them from entering Beijing. In Heilongjiang, interceptors drove police cars to search petitioners and even arrested them through petition salesmen.
Ms. Wang (a pseudonym) from Beijing told reporters that in Beijing’s Daxing District, at noon on February 25, police cars from Heilongjiang intercepted petitioners went to Hazijiao Village in Huangcun Town, where four or five police officers knocked door-to-door, checking residents’ travel passes and ID cards one by one in order to arrest Heilongjiang petitioners.
A man and a woman from Heilongjiang cursed the police, cursed the Communist Party, and called the mayor of Beijing, then a car came from the Tiangongyuan police station, and the police car from Heilongjiang intercepted them before they left.

Ma Zhiwen, a Heilongjiang petitioner who lives in Beijing’s Fangshan District, previously told reporters, “The central government held a conference, and the petitioners suffered a big crime. On the night of the 15th day of the first month (Feb. 26), the visitors (near my rented apartment) were arrested by the Beijing police station.”
At the Time, Ma said he was contacting the people involved and would be able to write back to the reporter in the evening. But two days after that, Ma has not heard back, the reporter called Ma’s phone number, but the voice prompt has opened a call alert service.
As of press time, Ma Zhiwen is still in a state of disconnection.

Zhou Haifeng, a petitioner from Lujiazhuang Village, Zhou Shizhuang Town, Yunzhou District, Datong City, Shanxi Province, was intercepted by Liu Gang, the local police station chief, and the director of the Public Security Bureau from Fengtai District in Beijing on February 28, and he urgently asked for help from the outside world.

Zhang Yuling, a visitor from Dongchangfu District in Liaocheng City, Shandong Province, brought her 90-year-old mother to Beijing on February 24 and was intercepted by police (police number 019276) at the exit of Beijing West Station. Zhang Yuling had been stopped for more than 10 hours when she asked for help, and her elderly mother hadn’t eaten anything in the car because of motion sickness.
“I bought a normal ticket for the whole journey with nucleic acid testing. West station police suspected of having interests with the Beijing office, detaining my mother not to leave!” Zhang Yuling said.
According to reports, Zhang Yuling’s father joined the army in 1946 and has made many meritorious achievements. The local government to the file is lost, the state’s relevant policies were impersonated, he sought help for years, so far to no avail, even the rural minimum security is not given.
