The report pointed out that the 60-year-old woman, who was engaged in medical work, was vaccinated with a vaccine manufactured by Pfizer Pharmaceuticals in the United States on the 26th. The woman did not have a history of chronic illness or drug allergies, and there were no obvious side effects after vaccination, but suddenly died on March 1 due to subarachnoid hemorrhage.
Japan has been administering the vaccine to the first batch of medical practitioners in 100 hospitals nationwide since February 17, and more than 30,000 people have been vaccinated so far.
