This time, the collaboration between terminals and GTS is the first time that the end, management, and cloud are connected around the experience, optimizing Huawei’s GTS service network and allowing Huawei to optimize the devices and networks serving the world. In the future, Huawei’s understanding of networks, network performance and services can also be abstracted, and these abstracted assets can be supplied to other operators through Huawei’s cloud to provide services. The future is the cloud era, and Huawei is turning to cloud strategy.

First, the end management cloud to collaborate, force out a hole, and then through 2-3 years of practice, the future in the GTS service, to create the best experience in the world, the most secure and reliable end management cloud ecology.

Through the combination of terminal and network, GTS can establish a new model of real-time and predictable network optimization, planning, deployment and maintenance, so that Huawei equipment plus Huawei services can build a network with the best experience, and the European network performance P3 test is a good example. Based on this practice, GTS is oriented to the customer’s “planning, construction, and maintenance” process to help customers do digital transformation. Operators now need Huawei’s data capabilities, fault modeling capabilities, and automation and AI capabilities to drive their process reengineering, digital transformation, and efficiency improvement. When this is done well, it can be given to operators to manage other devices, which is a very good SaaS.

Second, the GTS service system, open and provide capabilities to enable operators to use and generate value first; and then charge based on the value of the service item by item gradient. We have to take some risks in the system architecture and service commitment, and also make it easier for customers to use through the architecture design. If customers are not easy to use, the number of customers coming to our cloud will be small, and there is no hope if the number is small.

GTS helps the terminal cloud to accelerate the mobile network in each province, reduce end-to-end delay, improve end-to-end bandwidth, and enhance consumer business experience, and we can also open these capabilities to our terminal cloud eco-partners, thus forming a positive business cycle.

Third, the end-management cloud data integration, in compliance with user privacy as well as operator data security and national laws, more open data, forming a chemical reaction, and extended to the Home wide field, combined with network equipment ONT and home terminal protocol interoperability, data collaboration, on the one hand, to improve the home wide user experience, but also allow operators to identify in advance to report users, improve the accuracy of fault identification, improve the proportion of remote repair, and and help customers realize the transformation of 2H intelligent operation and maintenance.
