In a Newsmax television interview on Wednesday, Feb. 24, Sen. Graham said, “I like Joe Biden. I like Joe Biden, but the agenda (of the Biden administration) is AOC, Pelosi, Schumer, and Bernie Sanders. Senator Sanders’.”
Senator Graham referred to these people as representatives of the far-left forces in the Democratic Party in Congress, including AOC, a far-left congressman from New York, Alexander Ocasio. I think we’re going to win in 2022 because what they (Democrats) are doing at the border, and also by changing the Stay in Mexico policy, is going to set off a wave of illegal immigration, just like it was before Trump became president,” Graham said.
“I want to make a prediction: as in 2016, immigration will be the biggest issue in 2022 (in the midterm elections). If we (Republicans) can act together, we will take over the House and the Senate.”
In addition, Graham believes that Republican action will first require Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) to take over the Senate.
