The Chinese Communist Party preaches the evils of violence: Fear of being cut by your wife! Chongqing surprised the first male habeas corpus

In mainland China, under the oppressive rule of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), the “Cultural Revolution” and “breaking the Four Olds” have persecuted Falun Gong practitioners who believe in “Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance”, as well as many kind-hearted religious people. This has led to a hostile society and a tendency for people to solve their problems in a brave and aggressive manner, which is the result of the violence propagated by the Chinese Communist Party in various movies and TVs over a long period of Time and the persecution of traditional Culture. In this situation, there are also various kinds of aggressive incidents, as evidenced by a recent piece of news that has been widely circulated on the Internet.

According to the Communist Party’s People’s Court Daily, the Chongqing Liangping District People’s Court recently issued the first habeas corpus order for a man to protect his wife from physical harm through legal means.

In this “case report”, some details are presented.

On February 2, 2021, the two sides had another dispute and Gao cut Zhao’s shoulder. Faced with his wife’s repeated violence, Zhao no longer tolerated it and applied to the Liangping District Court for a writ of habeas corpus, requesting the respondent Gao to stop the beatings and verbal abuse.

After receiving Zhao’s application, the contractor judge promptly reviewed the application and evidentiary materials submitted by the parties and made a civil ruling, then contacted the respondent Gao by phone, but Gao refused to meet and turned off the phone, the contractor judge could only go to Gao’s residence to look for him, but still could not be found. The next day, the judge, together with the police of Shuanggui police station, went to the respondent’s Home again and served the civil ruling to Gao, prohibiting Gao from committing domestic violence against Zhao, and made a statement of questioning, informing him of the serious consequences of further acts of domestic violence. Gao appealed the ruling and applied for reconsideration.

The court found that the evidence showed that Zhao suffered two knife injuries, both in disputes with Gao, Gao did not provide evidence to confirm that the injuries were caused by others or Zhao self-inflicted injuries. During the trial, Gao also said he took the “thing” in his hands and danced, resulting in Zhao’s injury. Combined with the court hearing, the judge was able to determine that Zhao’s two stab wounds were related to Gao, and therefore ruled that the personal protection order issued was in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law of the People’s Republic of China Against Domestic Violence, and Gao’s application for reconsideration was not justified.

The Liangping District Court ruled that Gao’s application for reconsideration was rejected in accordance with the law. In addition, the judge also provided emotional guidance and admonition to both parties, and both parties pledged in court not to engage in further quarrels and fights and to conduct divorce proceedings rationally. “
