In 2019, whistleblower Zhang Naidan had reported to the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission in real name “China Life Nengjiang Branch Company leader Sun Xiaogang forgery and corruption”, both times the report was referred to the Heilongjiang Banking and Insurance Regulatory Bureau to “self-correct”.

According to the punishment information published on the website of the Communist Party of China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission in December 2019, officials admitted that China Life Insurance Company Limited Nengjiang Branch had “illegal violations of false expenses”.

China Life Heihe Branch sued whistleblower Zhang Naidan in court last July for “infringing on the company’s right to reputation. Zhang Naidan said the plaintiff had no substantial evidence, providing only screenshots of articles she had posted online and taking them out of context.
Zhang Naidan said, “I won the lawsuit now, but you still obstructed and interfered with my online reporting articles and blocked me everywhere.
