The PLA and India have been at loggerheads since May, when the two sides clashed on the disputed border, the southern heights of Bangong Tso Lake north of Ladakh. Jin Canrong, China’s official royal scholar on the United States, recently revealed that the PLA had used microwave weapons to attack Indian special forces on the southern shore of the Bangong Tso Lake and successfully recaptured the occupied hilltop.
